      I’m right there with you! I used to be very flexible and the could actually seem like a doable goal. But, after 6 years of being pretty much disabled due to a chronic pain issue that led to some very unique autoimmune deficiency diseases. But, due to pelvic floor pain even attempting these stretches regardless of being miles from her level they will be helpful. It will probably also be so hilarious that I will also laugh more than I have in the total 6 years! But, the silver lining will be that even an inch of progress will be a victory and maybe within a year or two the routine may at least be recognizable 😂😂😂😂😂

    I’m already pretty flexible, but to me the best part about ballet stretch videos are how graceful they move during their transitions. It’s wayyy too late to become a ballerina, but I make sure to incorporate their fairy-like movements in my everyday life so that I can feel like 🧚🏽‍♀️🧚🏽‍♀️🧚🏽‍♀️ lol

    Hi! I have a question about flexibility - my right hip is a lot more loose than the left, so my extensions are higher on this side, including my arabesque .. but on the left it is very hard to stretch because my hip pops out every time I go into butterfly and that doesn't happen on the right. I'm not sure how to even put my flexibility on both sides, do you have any tips? ❤️❤️

    • @amandanance919
      @amandanance919 7 років тому +3

      justbeautyii if your hip is popping out, it sounds like you need to strengthen the muscles around that hip. You might to go to an orthopedic so that they can properly diagnose the problem and see what kind of exercises they can recommend

    • @avamayvibes
      @avamayvibes 7 років тому +3

      justbeautyii if your hip keeps popping and feels out of place, go to the chiropractor they will pop it back in place it feels great. Also it might pop out again if you don't strengthen it, so i would recommend stretching both left and right sides evenly to strengthen both!

  • @danastewart9281
    @danastewart9281 2 роки тому +1

    Let me first say that I am in no way without fault, none of us are. But, I am a southern girl and we are taught all our lives the old adage, “If you don’t have anything nice to say then say nothing at all.” In addition to that I have worked diligently since my early twenties to do my best to never be rude to anyone & that goes double for being rude on purpose or when it can easily be avoided. For instance, typing a comment that may be taken as rude is easily avoidable. I don’t know if it’s because I am hungry or what but I just cannot refrain from speaking my mind here. Though some may be in agreement with me others may find what I am going to say as rude and/offensive. But I just have to say that I just can’t understand how rude and unnecessary several of these comments about this video are though I am sure it’s not intentional, but stems from the thoughtlessness to which we have become accustomed. There are none that are actually rude or insulting to the lovely and amazingly talented young lady that has created such an elegant and useful video including all the other videos available on her channel. There are so many requests for videos that are already available on her channel. Is it really such a difficult task to look at her channel before making these requests? One person even admits that she hasn’t looked at her channel but makes a request for a video that already exists on her channel. And then, there are so many questions asked that are already answered in the video. Did you not listen to the video before asking. Add to that, though most comments express amazement and are very complimentary as they should, but why the criticisms. The ding to change positions, so thoughtful and helpful, are not loud enough. Some criticize the music. Why? It is not offensive and doesn’t she have the right to her own expression through the music she chooses. And my favorite, someone complaining about the instructional overviews because “we” can” follow along. Again, something that she added to the video that is both thoughtful and helpful. This beautiful, delightful and obviously immensely talented and dedicated young lady has taken the time to provide fabulous instructional videos for all of us whether dancers or those like me who have subscribed to her channel to work on flexibility and chose a ballet dancer in hopes of also developing elegance of movement along with flexibility. This is not to mention enjoying the sheer beauty and grace while receiving what we seek to improve about ourselves. And, she provides these videos to us for free. I have no answer as to why I felt so strongly to speak out on her behalf. I know that everything I mentioned appears in the comments of every UA-cam channel that I use and take the time to read more than a few comments. And, I am always amazed on those sites as well when I see such comments asking for videos that already exist but they can’t be bothered to look, asking questions that are already answered as well as nit picky criticisms of things that most people wouldn’t notice. And I have also seen loyal and appreciative subscribers address such comments. I only found Talia today, The fact is, that I was simply enthralled by her videos, eager to subscribe to her channel and create a playlist to use for my own healing, flexibility and self improvement. But, I did pay enough attention to the list of her videos to know that every video request that I saw in the comments already existed. Most of the comments were nothing but amazed, complimentary & appreciative of her video, talent and thoughtful attention to detail making it so that even a novice could follow along even if we are so far from being as flexible and as graceful as she. I just believe that we should have more respect, compliment the talents, applauded with words of awe and amazement and most of all express our appreciation and gratitude for taking the time and putting forth the efforts to create video(s) and make them available to help us in our endeavors to improve and become our best selves. My apologies to anyone that I may have offended. I’ve never taken the time to express myself at such length in a comment section and will rarely if ever do so again. So my comment on the video itself. It was absolutely beautiful. Talia, you are amazing, elegant, lovely and a wonderful instructor. I am so appreciative for your videos and I look forward to using them to heal my body, challenge myself and achieve my fitness goals. And perhaps I will also be blessed with even the tiniest portion of your gracefulness. 💓
