I had the same issue with the sunroof shade being hard to close after swapping it, I don't 100% remember what I installed incorrectly but I'm pretty certain it was something with the wind deflector. I believe there are two sliding tab things that it clips into (on on each side) in addition to the hook on each side.
EDIT: wind deflector might not be the right term but you installed it at 4:59-5:00. I believe you forgot the clip that piece to the two sliding clips, so it's just dragging on the sunroof shade.
