The suit at 1:00 was one of two with dolman sleeves from that year with an unusual fitted waist and hip and a gathered bodice. This one had a funnel collar and the other was shawl-collared.

if you watch closely Prince Charles looks pretty bored on several occasions. The marriage was over by 1986 which was the year of this visit.
He bumped into Diana at one point and didn't even bother to look at her. Wow. I don't blame her for starting an affair with James Hewitt.
