Thank you for watching this video, I hope you have enjoyed it! What are you favorite art supplies of 2021? Please share, I am very curious to know what you love using! 🤩
Thank you for the question, that is a good one! Hmmm, there was a rather expensive angled brush I bought but did not pick it up even once within a year. There were also couple of colors that I have not researched well enough before purchase and was a bit disappointed when actually tested them out.
Excuse me, what is the name of the art store you bought the palette from? I didn't catch it from the video and didn't see a link to it. I'm looking for a good European art store since Brexit has made it expensive, slow and overall unpleasant to buy from Jackson's when you are in the EU. Thank you
Hi Plamena 😊 Thank you for your question! I got it as a present but I know it was bought from penstore.com which is located in Sweden and delivers all over Europe! I love it and I can highly recommend it 😊
Hello, I live in Belgium and I am expecting an order for Jackson's art as well, but I paid the VAT on the final invoice, which was less than 100 euros, did you pay extra costs when you received the package? PS: I love your art and your review Tatiana, Thank you. Séverine
Hi Severine, thank you for a great question! I am not an expert but the way I understand it the VAT and import tax are two different things. The VAT tax you pay in any case if you buy as a private person. Import fee is what you pay additionally when you buy from the outside of the EU. The size of the fee depends on the country I believe, in mine it is 25%. So for example if you bought something for 90USD where 10 USD was the VAT already included, you could expect to pay additional 20 USD at the customs (25% from 80 USD). This is at least the way I understand it. I would highly recommend to check with your post office to make sure you do not get unexpected payment requests. Let me know if it was if any help! And no, I didn’t pay anything additionally when buying from Penstore because they are located within the EU so no import fees apply 😊
@@TatianasArtandCraft Thank you very much Tatiana for your research, it helps me a lot. Fortunately, I finally received my package from Jackson's at no additional charge. But it's still a risk outside the EU of course. Good day to you. Séverine
