    Looks yummy ! May I know Why do u add thick coconut milk ? Can I skip ?

    • @rinaskitchen9393
      @rinaskitchen9393  3 роки тому

      Yes sis you can skip the coconut milk..I normally add coconut milk a little to break a little spiciness in the sambal and also it gives u better taste.

    I tried this and I love it! I am going to do it again this week!!! If I want to add serai when do I add it?

    • @rinaskitchen9393
      @rinaskitchen9393  4 роки тому +1

      Sorry sis for the late reply. If yr adding serai, u need to tap the serai and add in 1st when you add the oil than followed by the onion and other ingredients.

    How many dry chillies did you use to make 1 bowl of chilli paste ? First time I'm seeing curry leaves being added to a sambal.

    • @rinaskitchen9393
      @rinaskitchen9393  2 роки тому +1

      Curry leave is just an optional..if u dont want to use its ok. I normally use coz if u use Curry Leave it will gv u a better smell, u will not hv raw smell of the fish. As for the dry chilli I use around 10 pcs of chilli to blend the chilli paste.

      @rinaskitchen9393  3 роки тому

      Shrimp paste is Belacan sis. U can buy it at any Supermarket oh provision shops. Its very easy to get from any shops. They sell in big piece sis, but u need to only use 1 tblspn and the remaining you u can store it in a air tight container and keep in yr fridge.
