    I'd recommend doing straddle planche with bands if you have it just because your form is lacking as in your arms aren't straight. Also keep on doing adv tuck and tuck planche try get your adv tuck to 25 seconds if u can with very clean form. I can full planche so i know the journey is quite difficult.

    bro u need to work on straight arms, ur arms aren't even straight most of the time, tbh only tuck/adv tuck and leans with band is enough for u to progress
