although once you start intermediate lvl you should set your goals that which skill you will learn lvl ke if you aim for 90 degree hold and handstand aur handstand pushup to learn that you will add the progressions of those skills like pike push if they become easy than start doing elevated pike push up I am sure you will struggle there but that's the key to archive your goals what I ment to say is think what you want to learn and stick to that till you master it and let me tell some pull exercise too once you start intermediate lvl you should add different variations of pull ups like archer pull ups high pull ups inverted row archer pull ups the pull exercise is lor harder than the push and in pull routine you should learn back lever and many more skills there .... If you are not able to do the handstand then try shoulder stand and headstand first

Brilliant video. Just found you. Thanks for sharing

Bro can you also make an Calisthenics pull day workout
No kizzy
Great video ❤ I just wanted to ask if you could add exercises for triceps. You said that the bodyweight dips were for chest. Any suggestions?
Tricep extension push-ups or Tricep extensions on a bar, block, or rings will work wonders! You also get some activation during dips
yo this is great do you have one for pull and legs?
juste perect bro i love it
Tysm man but I wanted to ask if this is for intermediates since before u posted the workout plan too so I had some doubts 😭
His warm up is a killer alrdy
I like it a lot (I just can't tuck planche for now but it will come... xD), also how much time between set is needed ?
dude was doing dips on a slab of concrete
Improvising 😂😂😂
How Long should i do this routine to go to the Next Level?
Till it becomes easy

How much should we rest between sets
As your preference
( 30 to 50 sec )

If i do this everyday what benefits am.i gonna get in a month ? Can you tell brother
So good, big fan❤❤. Can you share with us a pull day workout also, please
Coming soon!
What is the ideal workout routine weekly? Monday- Pushday tuesday-pullday wed-legday?
Thursday - rest, repeat
Mine is almost the same but it starts from sunday, Wednesday is rest and repeat
my wrists need a lot of work lol
How long should we rest?
At least 90 seconds. No longer than 3 mins.
@@STRIQfit if you have to rest 90 secs per set does that mean that this workout is longer than an hour
How long should rest be for every set?
Atleast 90 seconds no more than 3
thanks jon jones
Hey man, just wanted to ask, should i do calisthenics if im an athlete but i still wanna keep a nice body, but not look like a body builder
Same here
Yep, its good if u want to have a nice body but dont want a bodybuilder look
Why do i feel pseudo planche push up on my back?
It's your wings not your back, the same muscle you train with pull ups
Ellbow leaver

Am I tripping or is there 2 people narrating. One guy sounds a bit nerdy other sounds like a wanna be jock. (Just jokes)
It's body fat that makes your abs pop, obliques make you have a wide waist 👎
