I am an old school gamer ( Space Invaders, Pacman, Dig Dug, Space Harrier, etc etc). However, I've come to the conclusion that I love these simulations. Mainly because I'm learning something from them. They are educational as well as entertaining too.

I 100% agree with you. I have played over 2000 hours with this and now House Flipper. Of course there are bad simulator games like Gym Simulator is awful, and, Car For Sale Simulator is monotonous, but there are a lot more out there that are really good.
