Since we have moved all the records etc to the F5 , GoDaddy is now just a DNS registrar and doesn't do any real time name resolution of the intended website.
If I want to stop my DNS from responding to "any" queries where should this been done , GoDaddy or GTM?

Whe we config server, using heath monitor : Bigip,

GoDaddy is to resolve the DNS queries before GTM through GoDaddy's DNS servers , after GTM it is only redirecting the request to GTM and GoDaddy has no role to play other than redirecting the request to GTM.
