My vivo doesn't come with security plugins I have checked, what I see is only FIND MY PHONE, and I just got the phone from EasyBuy I haven't paid a dine from the 3months given after the down payment from the shop, hope it'll not affect me maybe when I don't have money yet for repayment, I no say I no go pay o, just in case the money never dey hand, or is there any other way they block the phone?

The only way is to pay the loan back, she must have used it for loan , another thing u can do is to deactivate it from the app that she used to loan that money.

No, you can't gain full access because they have total control over your phone.
But they don’t have full access on iOS devices
