This ain’t gangster rap. This autobiographical. This is soul touching. This is God speaking through a vessel. People can say whatever they want when it comes to hip hop “evolving” but whatever we have today is no where near this pure and beautiful. Hip hop used to touch you deeply that even as a child you could feel the emotions of it. That’s just how powerful Tupac was for me. As a child I could feel the pain of the world and how we need to be better. I felt this at 4 yrs old.
Beautiful. I believe this master poet is with God, and hopefully has some answers. We're all just stumbling through this life, trying to figure it out. RIP 2Pac. You're still a legend.
My every move is a calculated step to bring me closer, to embrace an early death..1:48 ..2 Pac knew he was going to die early..this song represents a lot to me too

There is Heaven on Earth now through Jesus. He came that you may have Life and Life more abundantly. Now. Jesus is near to the broken hearted. The Joy of the Lord is our strength. Call on him and ask Him to prove himself. He will answer. Amen

As beautiful as the 90’s was, it was definitely tough. Especially for young black men, even though this album most definitely touched other ethnic groups. PACs touched everyone. What a time to be alive.

My favorite track from this album. Almost prophetic… He knew he had done bad things and was set on a path to die young living the life he did, but he still couldn’t stop it or change course. He could only hope for mercy from God. RIP Tupac
Pacs ability to paint a picture of his pain was impeccable. Anytime I feel like this I listen to this on repeat … it’s like he’s describing what ever you going through

@2k splash The reason Gucci Gang gained 1 billion views is because it just keeps getting played by little kids or by people who just have zero percent taste in rap😐
Im 60 tomorrow. Chicago Italian, moved to Az. PACs era. I feel blessed to have lived during that time. He was a genius, poet, THINKER. 😑🤔 THEY didn't like that. Like MLK, X, JFK, RFK. R.I.P. FINALLY,TUPAC. 🙏
I’ve played this song every morning since I was 8. 21 Years later this song is still my fav song pac is my fav artist and that won’t ever change see y’all in another 20💯RIP PAC🙏
got me thinking about how it would have been, had Pac made it in 1996. Marking the 25 th anniversary of one his deepest works. We will never forget the voice of change. The man who cared and inspired people around him. Rest in power,G!
Be careful who you allow close to you. Sleep is the most vulnerable state of being...these people are eager to get close enough to learn how to take you out. Friends, family, partners, sometimes even your kids. Being a hip hop artists is so dangerous...these women are predators now. Be careful.
"I be really wanting babies. So I can see a part of me that wasn't always shady, don't trust my lady" I love that part so much. It has so many meanings to it
We miss you brotha … I remember the exact day we got the news … love you pac you are forever missed . You live with in us 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Kanishk Tandel well, he means that you need to understand that we never left so you don't have to keep asking who's still here cuz this mans a legend, who would leave?
When I think about this song. I think of the good old days when i was younger and my dad would play this in his car on his way taking me to school... it sounded good as hell with them speakers.....R.I.P papa bear july 13,1964-may 10,2021 and 2pac🙏💋❤
RIP 2PAC 2023 and forever. This song is just so introspective and soul bearing. It's really been hitting me the last couple of months. One of my all time favs of his. The paranoia of his woman cheating on him and how he wants a baby so he could see a side of him that wasn't always shady? Damn.
Yes Shock G produced this track. Just lets you know how underrated he was as a producer once you got past the Humpty Hump ego. He was down for the cause which is why Pac messed with him They're reunited in Soul Heaven now
This shows the level of awareness Pac had towards human suffering. R.I.P Legend "Now I'm lost and I'm weary So many tears I'm suicidal so don't stand near me My every move is a calculated step, to bring me closer To embrace an early death, now there's nothing left There was no mercy on the streets, I couldn't rest I'm barely standing, bout to go to pieces, screamin' peace And though my soul was deleted, I couldn't see it I had my mind full of demons trying to break free They planted seeds and they hatched, sparking the flame Inside my brain like a match, such a dirty game No memories, just a misery Painting a picture of my enemies killing me, in my sleep Will I survive 'til the mornin' to see the sun Please Lord forgive me for my sins, cause here I come"
Because this human went through it all from his childhood years to his death he never had an easy life so he wrote down his pain that was already premediated in his soul cause he knew they were many like him who could relate to what he was going through
I will never forget the day he died. I wished to God PAC didn’t get thug life tatted on his chest. We saw his career evolve when he was living and we saw how fast he was living. We literally watched PAC spiral into his death. Will never forget. 😞

Dear Tupac, I hope this reaches you somehow. I have grown up listening to your legendary rhymes and by the time I grew up You Were Gone. I owe you the G hood which me and my homeboys stand for in Pakistan. I wish that the Almighty heavenly Lord of Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad (may peace be upon them all) have mercy on your soul...With great amount of love, respect and eyes full of tears from Pakistan...

Pac 100% inspiration personified. Lot of good people love this brother and that say more than anything.
@Vaniko - RBLX lmao you ofc don't know nothing about X 😂 u embarrassed yourself X at the age of 17 he talked like a 30 yr old he has so much more knowledge then Tupac . Tupac ain't bad I love Tupac alot but X was much more better in the way of knowledge from a young age and he inspired more then 5million Kid and adults and mostly teensgers he spoke about depression suicide Tupac only spoke about gang type of shit that all so if u think about it xxxtentacion is better
@Vaniko - RBLX so shove that bs u wrote to the bin
This is one hell of a song. A poetic masterpiece I should say.
And the beat is hella good
This song should be in the Library of Congress IMO. It's Tupac's version of Van Gogh's self portrait

Yep😔sad. music use to be great, now most of it sucks now
Dont Like
mass suicide, anybody?
@2k splash The reason Gucci Gang gained 1 billion views is because it just keeps getting played by little kids or by people who just have zero percent taste in rap😐
The song is 25 years old. If they were released to at the same time we all know how the views would split.
Absolutely. I still deal the lost Tupac and I’m 61. Rest in peace. One of my brothers resembled Tupac.

got me thinking about how it would have been, had Pac made it in 1996. Marking the 25 th anniversary of one his deepest works. We will never forget the voice of change. The man who cared and inspired people around him. Rest in power,G!
Wasn’t expecting this, but im glad it happened. Long live Pac
This aged well he did not lived long
Be careful who you allow close to you. Sleep is the most vulnerable state of being...these people are eager to get close enough to learn how to take you out. Friends, family, partners, sometimes even your kids. Being a hip hop artists is so dangerous...these women are predators now. Be careful.

It’s been 25 years since this album was released. Crazy.
Hip Hopp has greatly devolved since then
Exactly as long as he lived
And it still sounds so so good
Today rap is shit
I still renege purchasing this album when it came out, I was 15

"Who's still here" that's what is means you idiot, it means who is still listening to this song after these years

RIP 2PAC 2023 and forever.
This song is just so introspective and soul bearing. It's really been hitting me the last couple of months.
One of my all time favs of his. The paranoia of his woman cheating on him and how he wants a baby so he could see a side of him that wasn't always shady? Damn.
Genie: you have three wishes
1. Bring Tupac back
Genie: that ones on me you have 3 more
💯
lmao yes

👍🔝💯
Yes Shock G produced this track.
Just lets you know how underrated he was as a producer once you got past the Humpty Hump ego. He was down for the cause which is why Pac messed with him
They're reunited in Soul Heaven now
He also co-wrote LL Cool J's Mamma Said Knock You Out
Marley Marl produced LL’s whole album.
3:29 will forever be epic ‼️💯🎵🎶
The worst part, is that this generation don’t know real rap. RIP 2pac gone but never forgotten
Hip-hop really is dead now
Facts
We got polo g j Cole kendrick lamar and we got ybn cordae and eminem and dr dre and ice cube and wu Chung tung
I'm 15 and I've been listening to this music since birth
Polo G will save the rap
Kendrick Lamar has never returned
We have trust on Polo G
This shows the level of awareness Pac had towards human suffering.
R.I.P Legend
"Now I'm lost and I'm weary So many tears
I'm suicidal so don't stand near me
My every move is a calculated step, to bring me closer
To embrace an early death, now there's nothing left
There was no mercy on the streets, I couldn't rest
I'm barely standing, bout to go to pieces, screamin' peace
And though my soul was deleted, I couldn't see it
I had my mind full of demons trying to break free
They planted seeds and they hatched, sparking the flame
Inside my brain like a match, such a dirty game
No memories, just a misery
Painting a picture of my enemies killing me, in my sleep
Will I survive 'til the mornin' to see the sun
Please Lord forgive me for my sins, cause here I come"

😞
I really don’t understand how a human being could make a beautifully deep song like this.
