I called the real estate agent to make sure that you got credit for the good work you Do. They said that based on your video they've had about 60 calls today about the property itself. However I gave them your information and they said they had not been able to get anyone to cut the grass that would actually show up and do it and I was told that they would be reaching out to you to talk to you about more of their properties. Update: the property owner is responsible for all maintenance during the sale process. Ownership is currently in litigation. Since there was no clear owner, nobody was paying for maintenance. Due to Al posting this video, multiple offers have been made for this property.

In my recent experience as a home seller, we had to pay for everything including gardening services. If clients or sellers, such as estates, don't have the money, real estate agents don't pay for the maintenance out of their own pockets. Instead, the house is sold "as is" and often, for lower value if the garden or home hasn't been maintained.
It’s still the home owners responsibility until the house sells not the realtors responsibility. If it is bank owned then the bank is responsible for mowing the lawn.

They do. I was a realtor. Most will hire someone to do this or get after the owners. I'm thinking this may be a death & an estate sale. Or a repo. In either case if the bank is still vested, they should keep up the property for resale. If it's a clear deed or family squabbles. Then it falls on the executor of a will. If no will or surviving relatives. It goes to the state. Then the property will deteriorate. The further up the government line you go, the worse everything becomes. I know that you said you do things backwards when that guy mentioned mowing first, then edging and weed whacking, yet I believe you are doing it the correct way after seeing that hidden garden bed with all the little white stones you uncovered next to the walkway leading to the house. It is like I have seen other lawn restoration YTers mention. They say to weed whack first in case there is anything hidden under the grass and weeds that might damage their lawnmower and get caught up in the blades. I have seen where hidden in the tall grass people have even uncovered hidden electrical boxes, fire hydrants and tree stumps. Not something one would want to run into with a mower unawares. Keep up the good work, Al.
Wow, I just posted a similar question, I think the dam is about to be released and we're going to get Mr. Bladez sitting in a room with candles explaining the Zen of his landscaping methods. If he did it with a couple other creators who do a different ways It could be quite comedic
midlife stockman just had a great example on his channel. he exposed an abandoned metal guy wire anchor in the ground that would have destroyed his mower.
Whipping first for the purpose of exposing hidden debris and other hazards is cheap insurance. If you know the yard, then yes, you can save a little time/effort by mowing first and only whipping exactly what the mower can't reach. On the other hand, edging before mowing has only one purpose, which is to mulch the edgings. It's fine if the edge trimmings are just grass, but scooping shovels full of sod and soil into the nearby grass is poor practice, especially when the soil level is already 3 inches above the curb/sidewalk.
Looks beautiful, Al. I’m sure the neighbors are all happy it was taken care of. And I guess I can understand how it may seem sketchy when you are taking your before shots and checking the yards for debris and other things you don’t want to run over. Love ya. Hope the family is well! Be safe.
Hello Al, I have been moving lawns for over 20 years and the way you do the lawn with the trimming and edging works the best. Mowing then trimming and edging is like taking a step backwards. Keep rocking what you do.

Thank you so very much for doing what you do. You bring much joy to me. I bet that house sold fast after you did such a jam-up job on that lawn. You are so thoughtful.
I stay away from rock landscaping because of this. It takes dedication to keep it looking nice. Mulch is much easier to work with and I don't have to worry about rocks breaking anything or hitting me when edging.

Be safe.
Nice work! I think it’s the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain the property until it sells. Even if it’s in foreclosure.
Glad you’re not on the west coast, but still could get crazy 😬 stay safe! The yard came out beautiful, great job 👏💚👍💚
Sending prayers from S.E. Alaska for all in the path of the hurricane. God bless you all.
You do so much for your community, you need to be awarded a key to your city!
You’ve made the house look worthy of buying now. A great transformation.
Stay safe!
Great job. The yard looks so good.
Praying that you and your family stay safe during the storm.
Hello Al, I have been moving lawns for over 20 years and the way you do the lawn with the trimming and edging works the best. Mowing then trimming and edging is like taking a step backwards. Keep rocking what you do.
The only way to do it is check twice cut once 😊😊😊😊
I LOVE LOVE watching you in your element doing a SPECTACULAR Job.
Listen I live in an apartment building but I wish I had a yard for you to TRANSFORM.
You’re entertaining and so Humble.
Keep up the good work and be blessed.
God bless you for another amazing yard makeover. Praying for you and your families safety in this upcoming hurricane 🙏🙏🙏
The real estate agent should send you a huge THANK YOU!! You made the house worth looking at to buy it sale. Stay safe and many blessings to you..❤
What an amazing transformation and a beautiful house too. I would buy it seriously. You did a great job. And yes that is your best transformation for sure
The yard looks amazing. And be safe during the hurricane. God bless you and your family
Al you have a half way decent yard to work with finally and you really make it shine. After all those wrecked-unmaintained yards you’ve done for us this is a nice break. You just added value to that home. Great job again improving our world.
Great videography! You’re just so kind to do this for the owner! Hope it sells fast for them! You’re a great guy, Al!❤❤❤
Wow. You are a “yard artist “. Another amazing job. I think Remax should have been taking care of this property nut so glad you did. 💕
Beautiful transformation! You dud a great job, and now the house looks amazingly nice and ready for sales. Stay safe through this next hurricane. Love to you and your family.
Thank you so very much for doing what you do. You bring much joy to me. I bet that house sold fast after you did such a jam-up job on that lawn. You are so thoughtful.
Wow! That yard is beautiful! Al, you did a wonderful job! Y’all stay safe as this storm/hurricane is making landfall as a cat 3. Prayers for Florida ❤
I stay away from rock landscaping because of this. It takes dedication to keep it looking nice. Mulch is much easier to work with and I don't have to worry about rocks breaking anything or hitting me when edging.
The property looks fabulous Al. I think you added value to it with the work you did.❤❤
Beautiful transformation Al. Stay safe and have a good week. ❤
Great Transformation Al. That house will sell for sure now. Be blessed and stay safe ❤️🙏🏽
