Dude, ever thought about doing the MOWING FIRST? Then doing the EDGING SECOND? Doing the mowing first will make it easier to do the sidewalk edging. This will also remove the unnecessary HEDGING you do on the tall grass on the sidewalk, since you would have already mowed it. You can save an hour in your day if you also do the BLOWING last. Currently, you're using the blower twice. First when you do the edging, then again when you mow the grass. Your basically cleaning up after yourself twice. Anyway, love your content!! Carry on mate.
@@stardust6272if Spencer did it your way , when he did the sidewalk clean up , he would have to put all the dirt and grass into his truck because if he tossed it onto the lawn , it would sit there in lumps. His way the lumps all get mowed and leveled out across the rest of the lawn.

Spencer - You are amazing and inspiring. Watching your videos prompted me to try and clean up an overgrown yard. A friends mother passed back in June and I volunteered to clean up her yard that has been neglected for more than 20 years. I started back in June and have been working 5-6 hours each Tuesday since then. I have been through everything from breaking all my equipment to taking my lower back out. I finally finished this week with a grand total of 91 hours on the project. Although I took this to the next level beyond a simple clean-up, I think I may continue and try to find others that need help. However, I going to leave these major clean-ups to the younger generation until I can figure out how to do this without hurting! Keep up the good work and Keep inspiring.

Thank you for your comment. In addition to probate, all back taxes and liens must be cleared before the property can be sold. It is sad to see the home empty, but we do not know the details. Folks need to be kind in the comments.

What a BLESSING for the Neighborhood! Imagine people's surprise and delight, to come home from work and notice this Transformation that took place while they weren't looking! LIKE MAGIC!
Yeah, and a month from now none of THEM will have lifted a finger by pulling out their mower to keep the grass down to a decent level, and in six months it will be back to looking like a dump again. Some neighbors - they got what they deserved and let happen because none of them took action - an ugly house bringing down the property values of all of their homes. How hard is it to knock on your buddy's door next store and say hey - that vacant home across the street is getting ugly, what do you say we make a group of folks and go over there and clean it up.

My oldest son and I both watch shows just like these. We can’t explain why watching your show is so soothing. He said it was because you were helping others. You never know what the inside of the house looks like till you get in there. Just from the outside I can tell it has a great structure and strong. Being married to a Construction manager seeing and learning about homes and how they are built. SB is doing a fantastic job and love watching him do this for some one he doesn't even know. Just the satisfaction of how it looks when he is done is Amazing!😊😊
Spencer, you protect your neck, arms, hands, legs. etc from sun damage. YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOUR "LUNGS" all that dirt, dust etc its getting in your sinuses, lungs ears etc. You need to do this, you owe it to yourself, your wife and family. 😊❤ PLEASE!❤❤
I don’t know if he uses hearing protection, but as a 62 year old who had significant hearing damage by the time I was 19, I sure hope so. That equipment, especially the 2-stroke stuff, will leave you deaf.

This really does help neighborhoods! Aside from the curb appeal aspect, unmaintained and/or vacant homes are a target to squatting, vandalism and looting, and other possibly sketchy activity. Last thing the kids living nearby need is a drug house or gang squat on the street. Thanks for doing your part in the community

It may take up to 1 year or two we went through it with my grandparents house took a year to go through probate.

This really does help neighborhoods! Aside from the curb appeal aspect, unmaintained and/or vacant homes are a target to squatting, vandalism and looting, and other possibly sketchy activity. Last thing the kids living nearby need is a drug house or gang squat on the street. Thanks for doing your part in the community
