The reality is most F2P players will wane interest once they finished the archon quests (me included), with only certain percentage continuing the game for new characters and their accompanying play style. When I was AR 45, managed to finish all the archon quests with a handful of characters. Now at AR 55, the thing that keeps me interested in the game is building new characters in my account.
I wonder if making some Spiral Abyss floors more high-enemy-count oriented like this could be a neat change to mix up the kinds of teams people usually use.
i feel it would, for example ayaka excels at high dmg in short time so in a mode where there are so many enemies she can clear a few easily but the next wave will be a challenge for 15 seconds until her burst is back, but ganyu for e.g who out puts less dmg then ayaka but more consistently might do better. ganyu will do less dmg but she will always pull it off so she'll never struggle
True, i feel like the sucrose taser comp is underrated. tbf it does lack survivability since beidous shield kinda pathetic and xinqiu heal and dmg reduce so minimal but when kuki comes out, the team might skyrocket
I honestly enjoyed this event. It was relatively easy to get the full rewards and the constant burst spams against hordes of low tier enemies were pretty satisfying 🤭
Klee is an example of how being clunky can affects one viability. Whenever iwtlg does a dps showdown Klee is always in top 5, despite that she is one of the least used featured 5 star character in abyss.
@Pro MAZ obviously xiangling how? Did you not watch the video? And listen to IWTL comments? In the video you can see Klee killing the enemies far away and most of the huge robots with a bit more hp. Klee is shredding defense making all pyro dmg much bigger with her constellations. Klee has the highest mono pyro damage in the game. Klee has good range and her burst is AOE. This is MONO PYRO not vape. So it’s not just xiangling. Xiangling is doing a lot dmg than she will do due to Klee res shred. And xiangling is also helping a lot with her AOE and dmg. You also have Kazuha in this team. Further shred if resistance. It’s a really good synergy team. Klee issue is she can’t vape consistently like xiangling. But this wasn’t a vape or melt
It's funny how people talk about her constellations for her consistently high results in iwtl videos even though newer characters have way more busted cons
A quick note for the Klee mono pyro team: This is the team that requires very very low investment. You can just throw general artifacts on Klee (Lavawalker is best in slot btw), have C0 Kazuha, throw your bursts and just try to stay in Bennett circle as Klee, all while listening to cute Klee noises. Everything is automatic and cute, no energy issues at all (three pyros, what do you expect).
Here's a tip, IWTLG! When you open your map while you're charge attacking with a claymore, the charge attack will go on without ending until stamina runs out. this way you don't have to cancel the charged attack stopping animation and charge attack again!
It does not matter what enemy there is, international is so good. Boss enemy? international? mobs? international pyro lectors? tartaglia n1c combo destroys hydro lectors? xiangling bennet and any anemo swirler destroys electro lector? same as hydro lector the best thing....... tartaglia c0 is all you need and the rest can be taken up by f2p units. the team performs so well at all content, it has a very good blend o frontloaded damage and sustained damage (tartaglia and xiagnling team damage contribution damage in a proper invested team is almost equal I believe, (might be wrong though so correct me if I am). Though if you are low on resources you can get by just investing in xiangling and your team will perform well. I recently used this team and it shreds, I was shocked cus I never played with tartaglia international even though I had the characters up till now.
This is why I plan to get Kazuha. No matter what so long as the challenge goes no more than 2 rounds I will always have a crowd control god on my team.
I would love to see this again but with no supports. Just raw damage output. It will also show any weaknesses, like batterying, that a character has, as well as the importance of trading some damage for ER or EM

In the Ayaka team it should have been Venti instead of Kazuha imo. Venti allows Ayaka to delete Waves with Charged Attacks and her Burst to kill multiple waves aswell.
Actually, the problem with Ayaka team in this situation is that Kazuha isn't the best option. In my case, using Venti here she completeley annihilates wave after wave of weak mobs in seconds and even when the large mobs come they don´t last long once frozen.
I agree Venti would've been better. I don't have Kazuha so I wound up using Venti and it worked pretty well, but my Itto team still did better 'cause he's kind of just made for these kinds of things. Not sure why.
Xiao is the saddest character in genshin, seriously no one excpet zhongli can support him and zhongli supports everyone so that cancels out. Xiao doesnt have anyone for him, very sad
@@saffatalamsiam740 see, bennett's ult doesn't last for the whole duration of xiao's ult and it's also quite easy for him to go our of the ult range. Bennett is a good support but he's just every character's support unless c6
@@saffatalamsiam740 bennett buffs him for about half his burst duration, he's not the best option for him most of the time, especially in this type of challenge where it's an endless amount of spawned waves and you want Xiao to be at his max potential for as much of his burst duration. Although tbf Albedo's long skill duration, and kokomi and Tenacity also can also last him for a while, although not to the same extent dedicated supports like Gorou is for itto.
yea as someone who is an ayaka main (triple crown C4 & r1 mistsplitter), she is quite hard to use in this event. reason being is that the enemies hp are too low to use her burst and pre-C6 and no Shenhe, her charge attacks are not that strong to one shot the wave not only that but the range isnt big enough to reach everyone in a line. meanwhile ganyu who i benched to oblivion performed better due to the enemies being constantly pulled by venti for quadratic scaling. and to be honest i was shocked at first on how ayaka is at best "decent" in here if shes paired with venti instead of kazuha. but then it made sense since her burst hits so hard that using it on squishy enemies would be a waste. similar on how u dont want to use ayaka's burst in the overworld.

Dont get me wrong tho, i know this is some of the content ayaka wouldnt fare much if competing with ganyu but once the enemies get chunky, ayaka would just demolish them. And no, i dont have C6 Shenhe so my Ayaya's NA and CA is not that great

Unironically I can't even believe I'm saying this but for Ayaka it's Venti that is better for her instead of Kazuha. Considering the fact that her burst is pretty much overkill, only her CA spam is what she has left. Then again you did say that these runs have a lot of room for improvement so I'll take your word for it.
I would have liked to see really just the dps characters. Most of the time, the supports are doing so much work, you cant really judge the dps characters anymore
Xiao and venti is by far the best in this situation just that iwintolose kept switching out on Xiao turn when he gets his burst back imediately as it is finish when he can use it instantly again u dont need to switch out at all and for venti he also takes forever to use venti ult also but there is indeed a cooldown for venti ult, the enemies are too weak to be using full meta team and everyones burst so this wasnt a good run at all by him
@@Azaleaaah the enemies are so weak in that event that xiao 1 hits everyone constantly and Xiao knock back isnt that bad unless its a strong enemy and they get knock back all the time and keeps going further away, 1 or 2 knock back doesnt send u far back but it also depends on the enemies

@@Violate.. exactly. Not only does enemies get knocked if your dmg isn't enough to 1 hit, waiting for enemies to spawn are also time consuming and the enemies are cluttered. Using Xiao burst till it ends will waste more time
rejoice buddy my most used team in this event was 1. Bouken Kazuha Ayato XL 2. Diona Venti Mona Ganyu 3. Albedo TrialGorou Noelle Fischl and my scores mostly was 5900ish, all with just 1 try the only exception was the stage with Elec buffs on it, i only got 4800 on it as my raised elec char is only Fischl
his CD and timing was one of my main issues in the event, cause while, yes once you pop his burst on, everything dies, his CC being reliant on his burst instead of his E (like kazuha) created an awkward few seconds where i had to run all over the place.
@@aruakabane2077 my venti only has less than 150% ER but i always have his burst on cooldown during this event since the enemies give so much particles and he is a battery himself. kinda fun to see how other characters in my venti team are there only for resonance & emotional support

Considering you gave Kazuha his own category, I don’t think it was fair to use him as much as you did in the other teams. It was harder to tell what characters actually suited the challenge since Kazuha was doing most of the work anyway.
This is why I don't like that people sometimes downgrade certain teams just because they're not as popular. This video proves that any team can be better than the other if they're in the right situation with the right teammates. Ayaka's team which is one of the strongest team struggled hard on this despite it being such a strong team. Klee who is heavily powercrept is one of the best in this with her team
venti should have been the anemo unit in ayaka's team not kazuha, her burst is already overkill so its better to just spam her auto's/normals with the help of venti's burst. Idk why IWTL didnt do that as this scenario is heavily focused on grouping
Honestly I think the best team for Ayaka is Venti Kazuha Ayaka Shenhe. A hydro unit is unnecessary when the enemies die in 1 charge attack from ayaka, or 1 E/burst anyway

@@pnoodl3s775 in theory, your team sounds amazing. but most bs ayaka's had heavy cdmg and little to no cr, so freeze is helpful, to actually keep your cr up. your team also have no healers, which if you fight the three abyss heralds/lectors and other annoying enemies, will kinda slow you down a lot if you have to dodge more often, plus running hydro can freeze and immobilise them. Ayaka is very squishy so keep it in mind, when you build comps around her. I personally like Ayaka, Shenhe, Kokomi,Venti/Kazuha, because you have freeze so higher cr, but also heals so better QoL
i feel like the yoimiya run can be improved by replacing kazuha with zhongli or ganyu. for me, yoimiya doesn't need grouping because she is a ranged character and doing kazuha's EQE combo could have been spent on yoimiya doing an auto instead since iwtl's yoi is c6.

@@_islande one BURST, not skill. Her burst doesn't require much uptime at all, and killing enemies with her skill + normal attacks would be the slowest option by far when kazuha can wipe all 5 in one attack *twice*
My favorite crowd clearer for me is kokomi, I just stand there while taking damage while being over healed and let the bubble do the talk. My bubble does 33k-39k per pop
Should've went with Venti instead of Kazuha in the Ayaka team. Kazuha is Kazuha but getting a bit biased here are we IWTL? Kazuha with Ayato or as an upgrade to Sucrose in Childe National would've been much better.
A quick note for ayaka standard freeze team:for crowd control venti is a better option because kazuha burst didnt actually put it in one place it just makes you circle the character and side note dont run to much if your running ayaka, her best traits is normal and charge atk burst is for enemy that cant get crowd controlled as for skill i now rarely use it except for nuking hilichurls to the sky
Venti is so underrated, it's a reason he is a Archon. Braindead people just troughing in Kazuha in every frickin Teamcomps. Huge enemies is the only thing Venti actually struggles.
love the analysis of this dimension since we do often end up with abyss floors with hoards as well. maybe there can be more teams next time? would love to see others like eula, sucrose, beidou and whoever else might be missing.
@@bossk3249 There both unique in their own rights. Hu Tao is better in some ways, and Ganyu is better in some ways. Ganyu is not the best unit. In my opinion, definitely not the funnest either.
For now, that's still Bennett. (Remember that IWTL said that Kazuha can't one shot waves without him). Kazuha will overtake Bennett in the future when more and more units end up not needing him, which seems to be the direction that miHoYo is trying to take.
The second stage with atk speed buff is my favorite stage of all, not only I get to be *motivated* with my brother in law ayato, I also get to experience a comp that I came up with but couldn't do so because I don't have yoimiya. This event is really fun overall and would like to have it again for sure! Oh in case anyone is curious, the comp I experienced was ayato, fischl, yunjin and yoimiya.
6:30 I thought I was lagging, thanks for the clarification, it feels awkward to wait for the respawn when I use Xiao cuz sometimes they appear right after I kill the way and the other time it take a second longer so my jump attack misses and I have to jump again
we need something like this as endgame content. even better if it's coop and each person can bring 2 character. or maybe have additional Artifact dungeon that eat 100 resin and long dungeon. i just want some sort of dungeon run with random as option. im so lonely playing alone
This event was really fun, but also felt really easy. Real question quys: I have been playing since 1.2 and have - 27 characters leveled to 70-80-90 depending on what I need (6 are at 20), - all talents at 1or9 / 9 /9, some crowned - they all have their own maxed out 4 or 5 star weapon. - I have artifact sets for everyone, with the correct main stats - substats are optimized a bit for the main dps (e.g. 5-6 rolls into crit) and alright for the others, I optimized a bit on the flowers & feathers. Now, the only thing for me to spend resin on would be maybe getting some normal attacks to 9 or level up some characters I don't find useful/don't like. I have 128 fragile resin, plenty of leftover mats from events for future characters. I hear *everyone* complain about the restrictive resin system, but I have no idea what to spend my resin on! The only option left is to do the same artifact domain day after day for a few % damage increase, but I am fine 33 starring SA. Not worth it for me! I'm about to let my resin cap indefinitely, that would be quite relaxing haha, but I also feel a big FOMO since the resin was so needed before. Am I the only one to feel like this?
Yeah, I've pretty much decided that I'm going talent book farming 2x a week and the rest of the week's resin goes to artifacts, besides what is needed for the weekly bosses, of course. At the moment, focusing on a Tenacity HP set for the upcoming four star, since I figure I'll be using her in my Eula team, but other than that, just sort of alternate which artifact domain I do. I have several characters that I don't use much who could use improved artifacts, but they have a basic set, so I just mix it up. Helps keep it from getting too grindy. I also do the domains in co-op. Again, because it has a tendency to mix things up a bit, break the monotony.
Lol i forgot about c6 eula. Dude didn't even bring eula and hutao knowing they'll underperform. Yet brings ayaka with kokomi. Change equipment for ganyu to make her perform better. Iwtl is the biggest ganyu simp in genshin impact.
I don´t have Kazuha, but I noticed that everytime they give you a Kazuha in events, he´s amazing at deleting hordes of mobs. This is a really good video!
Amazing video as always! I wouldn't have realised that there were approximately 3 trials for each team with the amount of detail put into the analysis. Really showcases that every character has their own time to shine. Keep up the great work!
Venti would fair better than Kazuha in Ayaka's freeze team imo. Having to switch to Kazuha and pull enemies constantly makes the team even clunkier. There's more than enough damage with Shenhe in that team, all Ayaka needed was consistent CC which Venti would be able to perform better than Kazuha, in this event. Edit: this means Ayaka could utilise her broken charged attacks (C6) as enemies get pulled into Venti's vortex and not rely too much on her burst (which may miss with Kazuha). *beware of an egotistical opiniated idiot in the comments section* let me know if you agree with me 🤗
It's the same. Ayaka has extremely huge damage spikes, and she's not really suited to this event. To make things worse, her teams have good buffers, but poor sub-dpses. It's just the way it is. This event doesn't invalidate her in the slightest

She just needed an anemo cc like Venti to ensure everyone gets hit by her burst and charged attacks. She has enough damage to take most of the field time. It isn't the same. And no it definitely doesn't invalidate her in any way nonetheless. But it would be fairer with Venti because most Ayaka freeze team uses Venti, not Kazuha. Kazuha would be used in another team, in Abyss. Edit: It's just that the choice of teammates could be better (in this event) because he used Venti with Ayato and the rest of the teams were Kazuha and Kazuha when Venti would fair better with his CC for Ayaka freeze since most of the enemies were small.
@@sidi5eyess I didn't say she needs a sub DPS. She doesn't. However, her damage positioning is not very good for this particular matchup. Here, a sub-dps adds consistent damage over time. And venti crumbles when you get to the robots. The fact that you mention Shenhe means you don't even understand what the problem is. You made the comparison to Rational, but Rational is better in this situation because you have several different characters adding damage over a longer period of time. You also forget that pre-c6 Shenhe isn't very good for this kind of AoE because of her Quill quota. Like I said, it's just unfavorable, but it doesn't invalidate her DPS output. For me the rest of Ayaka mains, please just accept it and move on.

If you have c6 Shenhe that's fine, but not everyone does. Once again, Venti collapses when the ruin enemies appear, so you're back to square one. You get this: her teams don't have good sub-dpses =/= her teams are bad.
having kazuha as a dmg dealer has helped a lot for my childe intl team! i’ve been using them on abyss since patch 2.2 and haven’t stopped, getting 36* repeteadly, sometimes even without checking what the enemies are. kazuha is just too op
ayato, ganyu, venti, kazuha >>>>>> everything else by a landslide ... i know people seem to think it's sacrilegious to use venti and kazuha together but he fills the gape venti leaves with pulling the mobs getting blasted by ayato/ganyu's permanent uptime bursts. you can clear every single possible spawn for the first map.
Ah Klee and Kazuha, my OG core team. I love playing AOE characters instead of single target, unfortunately the meta for the abyss is single target. I hope we can get a variety in the future, or a totally new gameplay for end game, cleaning trash mob was fun.

Ganyu performed well on multiple teams as mdps and support based on iWtL chart she did great in melt not morgana becuase that team fails in this event. In which scenario did she fail? @@x7OO I didnt say ganyu failed in any of my sentence since in any of the given scenarios in the video since are her most optimal scenarios aka endless cycles of trash mobs and yes she performs amazingly well here since its the scenario perfectly designed for her aoe based kit, and morgana doesnt fail in this event what? literally a variant of it (ayato quadratic is at 3rd) Iwtl didnt even bother trying the og morgana team here. my points is just because a team with a scenario that is biased to them does not make them op or broken

in conclusion ,ganyu and kazuha has great synergy in that comp ,kazuha clean trash mobs while ganyu takes on the stronger one .Perfect synergy between those two if you played DPS kazuha .
That's the reason why I only use Kazuha for commissions/overworld if I'm lazy. Hillichurls are just dying too fast xD especially if I use him with Albedo, Zhongli and Yae Miko. That's my lazy stand around do nothing team xD
I kinda wish you had tried Ayaka freeze with Venti instead of Kazuha. You used Kazuha to delete a wave in between for other charas but Venti + Ayaka can delete up to 4-5 waves within a single Venti burst which is more beneficial than Kazuha deleting 1 wave in between cool downs. Similar to how Ayato had Venti, Venti would work better for Ayaka who does not need such ridiculously large buffs. In all honesty, she doesn't even need Shenhe? Take note that Morgana is not in this showcase despite being an amazing quadratic scaling team because melt Ganyu would just outperform thanks to Xiangling instead of Mona who's burst becomes ridiculously long with uneeded nuke damage. Ofc all my 5 stars are c0 & cant be compared to a c6 showcase but Ayaka was admittedly useable despite the disadvantage when used with Venti. Also since I only have c0 dmg, it was great to use her for the all the bots in the 2nd half of the stage where bigger dmg is useful. If you position her burst, she can take out multiple waves of ruin guards within a single burst window. This event is one of the situations where melt Ayaka works great because you no longer need to use her burst (& hence keep enemies frozen) all I had to do was spam charged attack/skill along with Pyronado & I could keep taking out mobs. (I used Ayaka Xiangling Albedo Zhongli) Also, kinda sad you did not try a team with Hu Tao. Her double geo team is considered to be one of the best just like Ayaka's freeze so it would have been fun to see a more aoe focused variation for her as well as Ayaka. I think its very much doable to get better runs even with these charas & fun to try & find a new team comp you would otherwise never need.
Ganyu is literally used in every single content in the game at the highest level. She literally performs one of the best in every single one of these videos.
Yoimiya is a machine gun in this even, I had 300k autos with her, she's very fast, Raiden hyper is second favorite in this event and itto. Thank you for great content as always!

Sucrose Taser was devastating in this event. I think I managed to get well over 5000 points using them.
Yeah, I'd say taser is best for this type of event. Kokomi taser was easily my best team here

Klee is an example of how being clunky can affects one viability. Whenever iwtlg does a dps showdown Klee is always in top 5, despite that she is one of the least used featured 5 star character in abyss.

@Pro MAZ obviously xiangling how? Did you not watch the video? And listen to IWTL comments? In the video you can see Klee killing the enemies far away and most of the huge robots with a bit more hp. Klee is shredding defense making all pyro dmg much bigger with her constellations. Klee has the highest mono pyro damage in the game. Klee has good range and her burst is AOE. This is MONO PYRO not vape. So it’s not just xiangling. Xiangling is doing a lot dmg than she will do due to Klee res shred. And xiangling is also helping a lot with her AOE and dmg. You also have Kazuha in this team. Further shred if resistance. It’s a really good synergy team.
Klee issue is she can’t vape consistently like xiangling. But this wasn’t a vape or melt
It's funny how people talk about her constellations for her consistently high results in iwtl videos even though newer characters have way more busted cons
A quick note for the Klee mono pyro team:
This is the team that requires very very low investment. You can just throw general artifacts on Klee (Lavawalker is best in slot btw), have C0 Kazuha, throw your bursts and just try to stay in Bennett circle as Klee, all while listening to cute Klee noises. Everything is automatic and cute, no energy issues at all (three pyros, what do you expect).
I like running a similar team, but with Yanfei instead. Watching the world burn clears my mind.

Here's a tip, IWTLG! When you open your map while you're charge attacking with a claymore, the charge attack will go on without ending until stamina runs out. this way you don't have to cancel the charged attack stopping animation and charge attack again!

the best thing....... tartaglia c0 is all you need and the rest can be taken up by f2p units.
the team performs so well at all content, it has a very good blend o frontloaded damage and sustained damage (tartaglia and xiagnling team damage contribution damage in a proper invested team is almost equal I believe, (might be wrong though so correct me if I am). Though if you are low on resources you can get by just investing in xiangling and your team will perform well. I recently used this team and it shreds, I was shocked cus I never played with tartaglia international even though I had the characters up till now.

I would love to see this again but with no supports. Just raw damage output. It will also show any weaknesses, like batterying, that a character has, as well as the importance of trading some damage for ER or EM

In the Ayaka team it should have been Venti instead of Kazuha imo. Venti allows Ayaka to delete Waves with Charged Attacks and her Burst to kill multiple waves aswell.

Actually, the problem with Ayaka team in this situation is that Kazuha isn't the best option. In my case, using Venti here she completeley annihilates wave after wave of weak mobs in seconds and even when the large mobs come they don´t last long once frozen.
I agree Venti would've been better. I don't have Kazuha so I wound up using Venti and it worked pretty well, but my Itto team still did better 'cause he's kind of just made for these kinds of things. Not sure why.

Although tbf Albedo's long skill duration, and kokomi and Tenacity also can also last him for a while, although not to the same extent dedicated supports like Gorou is for itto.
yea as someone who is an ayaka main (triple crown C4 & r1 mistsplitter), she is quite hard to use in this event. reason being is that the enemies hp are too low to use her burst and pre-C6 and no Shenhe, her charge attacks are not that strong to one shot the wave not only that but the range isnt big enough to reach everyone in a line.
meanwhile ganyu who i benched to oblivion performed better due to the enemies being constantly pulled by venti for quadratic scaling. and to be honest i was shocked at first on how ayaka is at best "decent" in here if shes paired with venti instead of kazuha.
but then it made sense since her burst hits so hard that using it on squishy enemies would be a waste. similar on how u dont want to use ayaka's burst in the overworld.
Just use Ayaka with Venti as well, Double Standarts if not and therefore not a fair comparism. Shenhe and Hydro as well and there you go.

Xiao and venti is by far the best in this situation just that iwintolose kept switching out on Xiao turn when he gets his burst back imediately as it is finish when he can use it instantly again u dont need to switch out at all and for venti he also takes forever to use venti ult also but there is indeed a cooldown for venti ult, the enemies are too weak to be using full meta team and everyones burst so this wasnt a good run at all by him

my most used team in this event was
1. Bouken Kazuha Ayato XL
2. Diona Venti Mona Ganyu
3. Albedo TrialGorou Noelle Fischl
and my scores mostly was 5900ish, all with just 1 try
the only exception was the stage with Elec buffs on it, i only got 4800 on it as my raised elec char is only Fischl
I think a main DPS Venti team would had done pretty well.
his CD and timing was one of my main issues in the event, cause while, yes once you pop his burst on, everything dies, his CC being reliant on his burst instead of his E (like kazuha) created an awkward few seconds where i had to run all over the place.

Considering you gave Kazuha his own category, I don’t think it was fair to use him as much as you did in the other teams. It was harder to tell what characters actually suited the challenge since Kazuha was doing most of the work anyway.

This video proves that any team can be better than the other if they're in the right situation with the right teammates. Ayaka's team which is one of the strongest team struggled hard on this despite it being such a strong team. Klee who is heavily powercrept is one of the best in this with her team
Ayaka need good CC to maximize her CA. She has crazy AOE on her CA but it range is to short. This is why venti is better for ayaka in AOE situation
venti should have been the anemo unit in ayaka's team not kazuha, her burst is already overkill so its better to just spam her auto's/normals with the help of venti's burst. Idk why IWTL didnt do that as this scenario is heavily focused on grouping
Honestly I think the best team for Ayaka is Venti Kazuha Ayaka Shenhe. A hydro unit is unnecessary when the enemies die in 1 charge attack from ayaka, or 1 E/burst anyway

@@pnoodl3s775 in theory, your team sounds amazing. but most bs ayaka's had heavy cdmg and little to no cr, so freeze is helpful, to actually keep your cr up. your team also have no healers, which if you fight the three abyss heralds/lectors and other annoying enemies, will kinda slow you down a lot if you have to dodge more often, plus running hydro can freeze and immobilise them. Ayaka is very squishy so keep it in mind, when you build comps around her. I personally like Ayaka, Shenhe, Kokomi,Venti/Kazuha, because you have freeze so higher cr, but also heals so better QoL

i feel like the yoimiya run can be improved by replacing kazuha with zhongli or ganyu. for me, yoimiya doesn't need grouping because she is a ranged character and doing kazuha's EQE combo could have been spent on yoimiya doing an auto instead since iwtl's yoi is c6.
kazuha kills 5 hilichurls in a second, yoimiya needs much more than that to kill with normals.

A quick note for ayaka standard freeze team:for crowd control venti is a better option because kazuha burst didnt actually put it in one place it just makes you circle the character and side note dont run to much if your running ayaka, her best traits is normal and charge atk burst is for enemy that cant get crowd controlled as for skill i now rarely use it except for nuking hilichurls to the sky

Kazuha still proving why he's the absolute best and most versatile character in the game.
For now, that's still Bennett. (Remember that IWTL said that Kazuha can't one shot waves without him).
Kazuha will overtake Bennett in the future when more and more units end up not needing him, which seems to be the direction that miHoYo is trying to take.

The second stage with atk speed buff is my favorite stage of all, not only I get to be *motivated* with my brother in law ayato, I also get to experience a comp that I came up with but couldn't do so because I don't have yoimiya. This event is really fun overall and would like to have it again for sure!
Oh in case anyone is curious, the comp I experienced was ayato, fischl, yunjin and yoimiya.

playing this was super fun with morgana team because they were all constantly funnelled into venti's burst with ganyu's burst quickly killing them all
This event was really fun, but also felt really easy.
Real question quys:
I have been playing since 1.2 and have
- 27 characters leveled to 70-80-90 depending on what I need (6 are at 20),
- all talents at 1or9 / 9 /9, some crowned
- they all have their own maxed out 4 or 5 star weapon.
- I have artifact sets for everyone, with the correct main stats
- substats are optimized a bit for the main dps (e.g. 5-6 rolls into crit) and alright for the others, I optimized a bit on the flowers & feathers.
Now, the only thing for me to spend resin on would be maybe getting some normal attacks to 9 or level up some characters I don't find useful/don't like.
I have 128 fragile resin, plenty of leftover mats from events for future characters.
I hear *everyone* complain about the restrictive resin system, but I have no idea what to spend my resin on!
The only option left is to do the same artifact domain day after day for a few % damage increase, but I am fine 33 starring SA. Not worth it for me! I'm about to let my resin cap indefinitely, that would be quite relaxing haha, but I also feel a big FOMO since the resin was so needed before.

Yeah, I've pretty much decided that I'm going talent book farming 2x a week and the rest of the week's resin goes to artifacts, besides what is needed for the weekly bosses, of course.
At the moment, focusing on a Tenacity HP set for the upcoming four star, since I figure I'll be using her in my Eula team, but other than that, just sort of alternate which artifact domain I do. I have several characters that I don't use much who could use improved artifacts, but they have a basic set, so I just mix it up. Helps keep it from getting too grindy. I also do the domains in co-op. Again, because it has a tendency to mix things up a bit, break the monotony.
A year and bits ago everyone was " Canadian Aether" memeing. Now is " Kazuha re run when?". XD
Lol i forgot about c6 eula. Dude didn't even bring eula and hutao knowing they'll underperform. Yet brings ayaka with kokomi. Change equipment for ganyu to make her perform better. Iwtl is the biggest ganyu simp in genshin impact.
I don´t have Kazuha, but I noticed that everytime they give you a Kazuha in events, he´s amazing at deleting hordes of mobs. This is a really good video!

Venti would fair better than Kazuha in Ayaka's freeze team imo. Having to switch to Kazuha and pull enemies constantly makes the team even clunkier. There's more than enough damage with Shenhe in that team, all Ayaka needed was consistent CC which Venti would be able to perform better than Kazuha, in this event.
Edit: this means Ayaka could utilise her broken charged attacks (C6) as enemies get pulled into Venti's vortex and not rely too much on her burst (which may miss with Kazuha).

It's the same. Ayaka has extremely huge damage spikes, and she's not really suited to this event.
To make things worse, her teams have good buffers, but poor sub-dpses. It's just the way it is.

@@el7284 She doesn't need any sub-dpses lmfao, this isn't Raiden National, Shenhe (C6 here) is enough, if not the best cryo buffer in the game. She just needed an anemo cc like Venti to ensure everyone gets hit by her burst and charged attacks. She has enough damage to take most of the field time. It isn't the same. And no it definitely doesn't invalidate her in any way nonetheless. But it would be fairer with Venti because most Ayaka freeze team uses Venti, not Kazuha. Kazuha would be used in another team, in Abyss.
Edit: It's just that the choice of teammates could be better (in this event) because he used Venti with Ayato and the rest of the teams were Kazuha and Kazuha when Venti would fair better with his CC for Ayaka freeze since most of the enemies were small.

However, her damage positioning is not very good for this particular matchup. Here, a sub-dps adds consistent damage over time.
And venti crumbles when you get to the robots.
The fact that you mention Shenhe means you don't even understand what the problem is. You made the comparison to Rational, but Rational is better in this situation because you have several different characters adding damage over a longer period of time.
You also forget that pre-c6 Shenhe isn't very good for this kind of AoE because of her Quill quota.
Like I said, it's just unfavorable, but it doesn't invalidate her DPS output. For me the rest of Ayaka mains, please just accept it and move on.

You get this: her teams don't have good sub-dpses =/= her teams are bad.

Ah Klee and Kazuha, my OG core team. I love playing AOE characters instead of single target, unfortunately the meta for the abyss is single target. I hope we can get a variety in the future, or a totally new gameplay for end game, cleaning trash mob was fun.

@@x7OO I didnt say ganyu failed in any of my sentence since in any of the given scenarios in the video since are her most optimal scenarios aka endless cycles of trash mobs and yes she performs amazingly well here since its the scenario perfectly designed for her aoe based kit, and morgana doesnt fail in this event what? literally a variant of it (ayato quadratic is at 3rd) Iwtl didnt even bother trying the og morgana team here. my points is just because a team with a scenario that is biased to them does not make them op or broken

in conclusion ,ganyu and kazuha has great synergy in that comp ,kazuha clean trash mobs while ganyu takes on the stronger one .Perfect synergy between those two if you played DPS kazuha .

For mobs you just need Venti and/or Kazuha and a hyper carry. Results vary by hyper carry. I think the best units are Ganyu Childe and Yae tbh
That's the reason why I only use Kazuha for commissions/overworld if I'm lazy. Hillichurls are just dying too fast xD especially if I use him with Albedo, Zhongli and Yae Miko. That's my lazy stand around do nothing team xD

This guy voice is so entertaining I watch his content even though they're just a money showcase that I can't relate to.
I kinda wish you had tried Ayaka freeze with Venti instead of Kazuha. You used Kazuha to delete a wave in between for other charas but Venti + Ayaka can delete up to 4-5 waves within a single Venti burst which is more beneficial than Kazuha deleting 1 wave in between cool downs. Similar to how Ayato had Venti, Venti would work better for Ayaka who does not need such ridiculously large buffs. In all honesty, she doesn't even need Shenhe?
Take note that Morgana is not in this showcase despite being an amazing quadratic scaling team because melt Ganyu would just outperform thanks to Xiangling instead of Mona who's burst becomes ridiculously long with uneeded nuke damage.
Ofc all my 5 stars are c0 & cant be compared to a c6 showcase but Ayaka was admittedly useable despite the disadvantage when used with Venti. Also since I only have c0 dmg, it was great to use her for the all the bots in the 2nd half of the stage where bigger dmg is useful. If you position her burst, she can take out multiple waves of ruin guards within a single burst window.
This event is one of the situations where melt Ayaka works great because you no longer need to use her burst (& hence keep enemies frozen) all I had to do was spam charged attack/skill along with Pyronado & I could keep taking out mobs. (I used Ayaka Xiangling Albedo Zhongli)
Also, kinda sad you did not try a team with Hu Tao. Her double geo team is considered to be one of the best just like Ayaka's freeze so it would have been fun to see a more aoe focused variation for her as well as Ayaka.
I think its very much doable to get better runs even with these charas & fun to try & find a new team comp you would otherwise never need.

Conclusion of this video: kazuha can crowd control, is a main dps, sometimes also a sub dps and is also better than your ganyu ❤️

Yes, my C4 Klee did wonders in the event. It took me a while to realize I can just do her Q then quick swap to nuke everything.

Yoimiya is a machine gun in this even, I had 300k autos with her, she's very fast, Raiden hyper is second favorite in this event and itto. Thank you for great content as always!
300k? how did you manage that I could only get 100k on her 5th hit of her combo.
@@evancavalier647 used shenhe "melt" "15% more normal attack damage" , bennet, and yunjin "lvl 13 talent". plus kazuha, also the event buffs. as you can see, 300k is not only possible, but easy to get
