Professor Nelson mentioned a similar one and I was blown away, so I built one a few days ago with a small cheap boost converter that only goes up to 28V which is perfectly fine to test everything. It's so small that I even managed to put it inside the meter with a 3.7V 800mAh flat Li-ion battery from an old phone. I measured a microwave oven diode and it turned out to have 8.1Vfw drop.
When I worked in Spain and conducted maintenance and serviced servers in two companies there was also a macher who did some inventions and he had a patent for these led lamps and not only and the server could not fix the darkroom, and I got a piece of such a diagram from him and I did something like that and it worked and I could check the diodes in these lamps because usually it knocks out one of the diodes, just like in TV matrices, but when I came to Poland because the 10 years of work ended and I got the lowest Spanish pension, then somewhere it all got lost, and now I will do it again because it is simply a revelation FANASTICO! !

@@cihancihan9981 See the diagram in the description, not the video. There is a capacitor after the diode bridge, but it is not connected correctly. The polarity is not observed after the rectifier. Схему смотри в описании, а не видео. После диодного моста есть конденсатор, но подключён он не правильно. Полярность не соблюдена после выпрямителя.
