McKenna was one of the finest minds on the 22nd century
That's quite ambitious to say.. although I'd have to agree in a hopeful way
Was just thinking this after he said “Emersonian”. Like Jesus. Guys mind was wrapped and layered so deeply!
oh wait What! Finding this has made my day. I listen to these two all the time. Good poetry, psychedelic's, mindfulness all offer different roads to the same revelations.
My favorite one yet. Thank you for putting these together. May everyone find refreshment in nature this spring.
It's going to be a great spring, if we let it.
Geez, that poem stirred more in me than I would ever expect a poem to be able to. Beautiful!!
it really was a goody, love McKennas adventures
"Sartre said: Nature is mute. Which is to me one of the most amazing statements any 20th-century philosopher has made in terms of defining alienation."
That bit at the end was soo funny 😂
God bless Terry Mc.K
"dont talk, thats an easy assignment.." 5seconds later sparks up a quik convo about the architecture lmaoo
"Lost" [by David Wagoner]
Lost
Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,
I have made this place around you.
If you leave it, you may come back again, saying Here.
No two trees are the same to Raven.
No two branches are the same to Wren.
If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you,
You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You must let it find you.
-- David Wagoner

Thanks
Now THIS is a collaboration I would never have expected to see 🤯 What an amazing pairing.
I've loved Terence for many years, was introduced to David 2 or 3 years ago. Never would have expected they had met at some point in the past.
Feeling so blessed to watch and listen to these two great minds hashing it out.
Have you ever seen a tree knocked over, its roots in the air, but because dirt still clings to the roots, it has sprouted leaves in the spring? When I first saw that, it changed my entire perception of what it means to be a plant. Their life force is so infinitely strong.
I feel powerful after seeing this
❤️❤️❤️❤️
miss this guy man . also , lovely poem .
An extremely important film.
The technician " needed just the sound of the water, "but ironically the noise of the cars was stronger, as to demonstrate that technocracy besieged nature for bad. The few seconds of Terence s voice fitted perfectly to water so smoothly bubb!ling. What an angel, this Terence was❤
I love Terence so much it hurts.
Anamnesia same
Anamnesia .... what a great word!!!
@@Eryan724 Thank you! Can you guess its meaning? I invented it as far as I know. Made a slight modification of the word anamnesis - which means recollection, rememberance.
Same here! Terence has brought so much richness to my life and the way I interpret it.
please elaboeate 🙏 @@BMindfulofLove
This channel is always coming through. We love you guys, and we love Terence!
thanks buddy, it's just me, Peter :)
I can't decide what is the better: Terrence voice or water noise. I hope for all together in the light of future.

Terence was the only man I've ever seen that can rock a man-purse with style. Thanks Peter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
True and you get extra points for not making me come across the word "Murse" too soon
...oh no!
That end part really made me laugh ! Such a goofy guy, always thinking, always wanting to share
That poem was just awesome. and Awesome is a terrible description for it. Iconic, Legendary, Sublime. Still doesn't do it justice. Wow!

wow, this poem brought tears to my eyes, so much beauty...
His sweater is killer.
That man bag too lol
Thanks again!!!! Awesome quality
What dissolves in all of this is the destitude of democracy and the testimonial trechery of delving into the dispersion of tranquillity beneath the canopy of conceptualisation and the contrary belief system that medicology upholds in a transitial transparency of melancholy...
McKenna spoke to David Whyte? I did not know that. That poem is one of my recent favourites.
can I get a link to the poem if you have it please
I never expected seeing David and Terence together in a video. It was truly sublime!
Terence was a gift! #InLove
thanks so much for surfacing these!
Thank you for the hard work you put in this, and for spreading Mckenna and this wonderful poet wisdom around the digital world
The ending is hilarious
that poem moves me to tears damn near every time!
Tears in my eyes!
Hell yes. Another awesome upload. Ty WPAHP
David Whyte does an amazing job with the cadence of the poem. Its just not the same reading it to yourself.
Thanks!
Damn Terence was in prague come on! I hate myself that i was born that late i will never see this legend 😢🙏
You may not have known about him even then. Perhaps there is someone today like Terence wanting to share, how would you meet him/her - how did Terence's followers find him.
@@maximuslancaster5369 man i have no idea i know there is more people in this world waiting for sharing the most crazy and most wonderful.. And first of all the most intelligent ideas in the world... I hope soon we all rise up again and we will start this mind blowing riots against culture

Brought to us by a Natural Poet
We should continue our technological evolution in space near earth so it doesn’t effect our dome of life and how we exist, we can’t evolve fast enough to outpace it but if we did our mining and everything even construction of things and allowed a nice downsizing of certain things to make them green zones for the sake ecological needs, so we can keep existing and making babies and going further into space ourselves. Would take a transfer of time but it can be done if we are all together and respect one another’s space.
Strange, I watched this footage of Terrence and David twice, and the second time another person comes into view and walks towards the camera. But I could not recall seeing this person the first time I watched it. I'm almost certain I would have remembered seeing a person come into view, but strangely I don't.
Terence xx
10:06 still didn’t help the person find his or her way home though I really enjoyed the poem and got the message, more a comedic comment then anything.
What is the credit song? :D Thanks for the video!

Ecological Imagination? Had to google it: “Art and science: a system of checks and balances…. Science asks: what are the laws and patterns? Art answers: we make them up as we go.” Alison Deming 😲 EDIT: Ecological Imagination=Perceiving, interpreting and internalizing global environmental change.
i wanna grow Salvia in my garden
I would like to know the name of the music at begining
