    This is impressive...but for some reason I'm just having a hard time seeing myself bring it to a gig. Maybe just need to try it out?

    pretty solid. ;)
    i like the way you mapped the drum parts, to the handsonic. it worked really well, for you.
    i was thinking of doing the same..or pretty similar. i just miss having VH10 or 11 hi hat compatibility.
    have you ever tried connecting hihats other than that FD-9..?
    in the manual they say hi hat pads are not supported. is there any workaround ?
