How To Make Classic Tiramisu

Ingredients:
600g to 650g espresso
40g cocoa powder
14g vanilla sugar
450g heavy whipping cream (473 ml bottle)
450g mascarpone (475g bottle)
6 egg yolks
150g sugar
2 bags of Italian ladyfingers (200g each)
Cocoa powder for topping
