I bought a triple switch from Tesco It has the word DIY, that means "Do It Yourself" on the packet and it's a real puzzle to get access to the terminals to tighten them up I'm sure you MUST know this already five years ago Maybe a very good idea to give your customers some idea of how the bloody thing comes to pieces and to avoid the spring mechanism being exposed by accident. In other words you should show a picture, a photo or a diagram of how to lift off the push plate of the rocker AND also how to open the box to actually get at the inside of it. Yes, if you're an electrician using this switch every day of the week then it's easy. People who buy the switch in Tesco's are NOT electricians by trade, but you've given them zero instructions It's NOT good enough, you must do better. Look at this video, made in 2014 and it tells your customers NOTHING about how to use your products. You need to have a man demonstrating how to use your products.
