Also they both LOVED music, despite not being able to hear at all. They felt it. I thought that was beautiful and really impressive. Seeing my deaf coworker actually dance along to a song made me very happy. Turn up the bass!
Hello, thank you for making this video. I shared it with my AP Psychology class when we talked about the language acquisition section of the textbook. They would like to know your name, and also would like to know when you became deaf (if this is not offensive of a question). Some of their feedback: The information is interesting to know. We can appreciate deaf language as another means of communication. We often treat deaf languages as an exception or lesser thing, but now we don't. We also agree it's part of another language and can be thought of as its own thing. It's another language that many people might not be using, but it's still a language that is in use. One student wants to know how long it would take a hearing person to learn sign language. Thanks again for the video ^_^
Every deaf person I've met seems very intelligent, and sick of everyone elses annoying questions, lmao.
I don't blame them.
