"In my eyes" these cards are perfect! There is nothing wrong with that phrase. I don't know why someone would say that it wasn't good English. I appreciate that you have learned an additional language to talk to us.

Yes! "In my eyes" is perfectly good English. It's the same as saying, "in my opinion", or "the way I see it". And "in my eyes", the cards are awesome! 😊

I loved seeing your beauties on the T Holtz live. I thought, you’d be so happy having all these new stamps, especially Deconstructed and the linear words. I’m excited to get them, myself. Thank you, Luise.

Morning Luise, WOW, WOW, WOW. lOVED, LOVED, these cards. The new Tim Holtz stamps are gorgeosso!!!! It is soooo you, and I just know you will do wonderful things with them. Watched Tim"s reveal last night and was fascinated at the different ways the artists interperated these stamps, such inspiration. You are MY inspiration and I was so excited to see your makes that Tim showed. He was very impressed and I said to him, " of course she is impressive and a total inspiration, you should know that by now!!!!" My hubby asked who I was speaking to and when I explained it was to the video, he shook his head and said did I really think they could hear me??" 🤣🤣, but I get so carried away and excited, I can't help myself. ANYHOOOOO, enough of me going on and on ............ just thanking you for your lovely self, your inspiration, your stories, sometimes making me cry or laugh with you. Sendiing you many Blessings and hugs from a very cold and wet Cape Town. Diana. P.S. Hope the move is almost completed now. 🤗🐱🐱🦊🦊

This video is the answer to a problem with a journal I am currently working on. It is a floral but seemed to have lost its personality somewhere in the make. Luise to the rescue! On a side note, I am always on the edge of my seat watching TH new release videos. The other makers are also very talented, but I cannot wait to see your items. Grunge, splatter and the unexpected is my first love. You always bring it! 😊

Was it you Luise, who created some gorgeous vintage tape using clear sticky tape, alcohol ink, lift ink with stamps, & stamping other stamps, splattering with acrylic paint, spray stains etc? I started following a tutorial a while ago & it creates the most amazingly fascinating tape that can be coloured any way you want, but these Tim Holtz vintage tape pieces reminds me of them.

I speak standard American English and I wonder if the phrase you want instead of "in my eyes" is "from my point of view" or "in my opinion?" There is nothing wrong with your phrase and it is "good English," bit I think idiomatically, we would use the other 2 phrases more often. You speak very well - I am always impressed at how hard you work to use the "right" words to convey your meaning! I really liked "harmony" today - it was precisely what I think! TFS.

Am really enjoying this post Luise! You are so earnest and passionate. I truly felt your cards were the best in the makes. It felt that most of the cards looked the same to me. But yours stood out. Especially the "Take what you need" that card was absolutely brilliant! Just loved it!!!
A few thoughts: consider the word VERY instead of "really, really", some times you can say more with less words. Instead of "get" consider the word "ACHIEVE." Also consider the words HARMONIOUS or COHESIVENESS."; these might help expand your vocabulary "really really really really much" or "a lot"!
Also, besides saying "from my point of view" you might also say, "in my opinion," or "what I discovered is...", or "I find/found that..." or even "It occurred to me that..." or "I realized that..." Sometimes I feel that perhaps you say, "in my point of view" because you are a little defensive, and you need not be. If I am wrong and you don't feel that way, then I have misread your meaning, and I apologize. I wanted to offer this just in case you might feel that way to speak to that part of you. Any version of presenting what you present will always be authentic, because that's who you are! Tchüse!
