    Please can you tell me what is about 3 inches to the right of the navel ?
    Past few days I've been getting a weird spasm there it does not hurt at all but instead it feels like there is are pushing it up and out for 1 or 2 seconds and then it goes down just as quickly ... it's very strange and I just want to know what is there I don't know if it's part of my liver I don't think so

      I am not diagnosing you :) However, in medicine, McBurney's point is located on the lower right side of the abdomen, about three inches from the navel. It is where the appendix is most commonly located. On palpation, during a medical exam deep tenderness at McBurney's point, called McBurney's sign, is a sign of acute appendicitis.
