Hello, Thank you very much for all these explanations, presented in the best possible way. Everything is extremely clear. Please don't stop teaching us Smart Money techniques. It really helps me.
OTE is my JAM! I have a specialty entry method that gives me smaller SL sizes while allowing the OTE area to show its hand first b4 i enter...i like smaller risk so this works on lower tfs beautifully. i usually run the 1&2m for my trades while using confluences from the 1, 2, 5, 15, 30, 60, 4hr, daily, weekly, and monthly...if anythiny peaks my interest and the SL is within my parameters, its go time! 🙌🙌🙌
@aryanphatak9147 not so much, still like it, but I've moved on to working solely on algorithm building...currently working on algos using order Blocks on lower time frames and also some level based trading. pretty cool stuff. But, I do think there's some really good stuff to be found in OTE entries with STRAT along with higher tf confluences!
@omidimproving nope stopped using it a while ago...I still think it is beneficial but I'm concentrating more on 50% moves now...I also use some logic from a guy called Stoic...he has a 30/50/70 fib that I often use (70 is quite close to ote so it's similar for sure)...but these days I just use levels...thats the key to the big money... daily, weekly, monthly & yearly OHLC lvls will be all you ever need with the right perspective on price action
@@TTrades_edu Do you know, I actually figured a lot of my issues are lack of backtesting and had it on my list to get backtesting a lot more so thanks, this is confirmation.
What I’ve found that helps as I was having the same problem trying to figure out where the next candle is going to go. Try the 4hr and use his same tactic of DOL, more candles so it gives you a better view on if price is bullish or bearish, hope that helps 👍🏽
I have already bought popcorn, turned off the phone and am ready to watch a new movie)) true, I thought it would be about IPDA, but I am sure that TTrades and poro OTE will tell a lot of interesting things
Excellent leaning video sir... Pls continue making these excellent leaning videos...Sir pls make a video on difference between killzone & silver bullet. ?? 🙏🙏🙏
But how would you you what swing low to use in minute 2:54. There was a few swing lows. ICt says the middle candle wick has to to be lower than the previous candle and next candle wick. So...
At 7:52, is it logical to take another bearish OTE entry (which would have failed in this case)? Because the candle seemed to close fully below the swing low on the left
Hello , thank you so much for making this video. I would like to ask something. In the example at 2:35, according to my understanding of your liquidity video, the sixth sticks starting form your marked swing high stick also make swing point(since its left side and right side's high are lower). Could you share the bias that you choose the first stick rather than the sixth one as swing high? Thank you for any respond
hope someone can answer my question at around 6:10 in the video he goes on to start finding multiple OTE's in the same chart, at what point do we enter these trades, i think this is the most confusing part of the video
Hey T, I have a really annoying issue with holding on to my positions when the markets does these retracements like in your video at 12:15. what should I do to overcome this fear and impatiens?
God you really just make it seem so easy... and when I watch em I see it is... I just don't know what happens to me when I sit in front of my ES chart 😢... keep trying I guess. Another fabulous video. I think I may have to switch to the 5min.. its just I have has sucsess on the 1min...i would love to trade the 15 minute but I just always feel like my risk is going to be massive on the HTFs. As you can see I get conflicted a lot lol
Sorry I have a question if price dosnt retrace into the 50% or OTE And it just goes down or up do we cancel the former fib ote setup and draw a new one or just continue to extend the previous one

Thank you. I still have a hard time using daily bias, in terms of applying to 5 min chart. Also, How do you know how far price will go once you've marked the daily relative highs and lows?
Hey, Great content its helped alot on the ICT concepts. I like you direct and unpretentious style. I find most of the ICT concepts are a counter candle or counter move type of thinking. At times this counter way of thinking gets me into trouble fighting the short term trend or move or waiting for a pull back that never comes. I was curious what your thoughts were on when do you think your wrong or maybe when you think you should flip?. I know, hit your stop and thats when your wrong but seems we always emphasize the entry and profit target. Maybe Failed plays might be a good presentation. Thanks man, appreciate ya.
when trying to the add the fib levels, on fib extension, it will not allow me to enter the setting .62, it just turns the number in to 6, 0.5 turns in to a 2. Baffled! I have also tried this on lux algo and auto fib retracement, similar happens on all
Thanks for this video, it was extremely helpful! One question, If you have an hourly ote, and the candle closes a bit above the ote, you wouldn’t take the trade right? Thanks again.
I have trouble determining which side OTE that I should use. On that same chart you did a bearish OTE, and a bullish OTE. One will eventually break, how did we know it was going for SSL and not BSL above...
like on top down example 2, when you take the OTE before it displaces up, how do you know it's not just going to OTE back the otherway and dislace down?
Do you always use an ote on displacement ranges over structure or major swing highs and lows on the 1hr time frame? I find myself using Ote on every little BOS
What happens if the price leg you anchor your fibs too, doesn't go back into a premium or discount and it creates another place leg, do you just move on?
Hello, I have a question, if the price or the candle goes past the 0.750 do you still enter? and if, which do you enter for bearish and bullish cases? pls answer
I thought fib was supposed to be set on candles' open and close, not high and low? That's what ICT has been doing in the recent videos I watched of him at least
Im just wondering n pondering..Why 0.62 to 0.79? The Standard is 0.618 to 0.764, so shouldnt it be 0.62 to 0.76? May be you have specific reason for it. If you do, pls share. btw, your videos and delivery are superb.
I have the .618 and .786 (I verified this on a couple of websites that it's not .764), which round to the .62 and the .79 and the mid point is then .705. However if you go out three decimals, then it's .618, .786, and .702 (the first two, divided by 2 to get the mid point). And I think (just eyeballing it) that in his PDF showing, if he had used .702, his swing line would be almost exactly at the .702 line instead of the .705 line.

focusing on the high that made the new low

At 7:52, is it logical to take another bearish OTE entry (which would have failed in this case)? Because the candle seemed to close fully below the swing low on the left
not with that displacement imo, once we fail to displace over the highs then it makes sense for a move down

if you ask in the discord I can likely help out
7:30, why did you decide to take that high instead of the last swing high, is it because that was your ob prior to displacement?
do you also extend until price mitigates?
that the swing that made the aggressive move
Thanks for the video! Much appreciated 👍

Excited for this one
if price goes for buy side liquidity, then retraces back, look for ote setups until higher time frame buy side liquidity is taken out.
Sorry I have a question if price dosnt retrace into the 50% or OTE
And it just goes down or up do we cancel the former fib ote setup and draw a new one or just continue to extend the previous one
yeah then it goes without me

pretty sure you just guess it, if it works it work, if not then move on.

honestly depends on what I am looking for!

should say on the bottom of screen

can you please do a video on dealing ranges on HTF?
