Mahiru is one of many characters that can feel a bit left behind in the later half of the series, so I appreciate that you observed how her development carried on after her focus episode. Oh, and in a way I’d say “just a cool guitar solo” is pretty indicative of Tendou Maya in and of itself. She just rocks that level of unadulterated coolness and power at all times.

Not gonna lie, Mahiru rose to my top 3 for the simple reason that her revue song is a major bop and I'm a sucker for musical numbers that incorporate baseball (no, not just I Don't Dance lol). But seeing this analysis further cemented her top 3 spot for me and made me appreciate her character even more! Also her voice actor is adorable and the live performance of Love's Wicked Pitch shows off her baton skills really well!

Also if you have seen The LIVE 1 & 2, have you heard of The LIVE ONLINE because I believe she uses her name again in lyrics and outright says how her dream is to be like the sun/the midday star
