- Every great florist has great hacks and this is one of mine. What do you do if your bride or groom wants a peony in their bouquet when they are NOT in season! Or, what do you do if your supplier doesn't have peonies and you need them for a wedding this weekend? But, you have roses....so, you make them a peony.
