Honestly bro, I wouldn’t even be upset if you sold Blucifer and got a 10speed. I’m a little biased towards s197s, but we have to agree, 10 speeds are crazy for what they are. Not to mention, they can beat plenty of boosted cars by just going FBO E85.
Yeah its crossed my kind but blucifer is my boy. If theres ONE thing i learned is having patience is the way to go. Selling blue made me realize that

When putting the vmp supercharger on their did u have to do forged internals or sleeve the cylinders?
It’s funny because I have the same car even the same color with a VMP blower you don’t have to worry about that stuff on gen 1s till 650 (safely)

@@DerekBaranProductions thank you cause I know on the s550 it is forged internals and can handle up to 800 safely I just did not know about the s197 cause I’ve been wanting to put a vmp supercharger on I just didn’t know

Working on cars when u can afford it is way more fun then when u can’t, builds always have problems and if ur on a tight budget it can be really stressful, don’t know why I’m typing this but don’t be stressed when ur supposed to have fun

@@serge920 big dog, I meant that he has his dream car already (2V) so he's most likely going to sell Bluecifer (S197) for something else. I personally would sell the S197 for a 6spd manual S550 and leave it bone stock. Not a fan of boost on a daily

@@jrod.c5 That would be absolutely pointless to sell this car and get a manual s550. If he does decide on selling Blucifer, he better get a 10speed. FBO E85 10 speeds can beat plenty of boosted cars. I was in the same boat as him. Almost traded in my s197 for a 10 speed, but now that I paid it off, it’s getting a lot of upgrades.

Hey Derek I a question for you. Does it snow much in Virginia? I'm trying to drive my Stang year round. I'm checking out other States and income levels, weather, yata yata...a process. 30+ of heavy snow winters ugh you get what I'm saying lol
i live in va as well, it will def snow at least once a year but it melts very quickly. we get a LOT of sleet/freezing rain and cold rain in the winters though fyi. usually in the 40s and 50s
