@asherroland Hi! I can't install this script. The file "Install Marker Trimmer Lite.lua" is not dragged to Fusion nodes. I'm transferring the file manually to the DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Scripts\Comp folder. The script is displayed in the Workspace tab, but when I click on it, nothing happens. The script does not run. Please help me. Windows 10, Davinci 19 beta 3.

Seems like a pretty cool tool and script! However I'm failing to see the entire workflow involved here, how are people efficiently getting the markers all over the clip? One still needs to sit through and watch the entire thing to mark the points in the clip? Or is there a way to insert markers I to the video while such a long stream is happening?
That's a great question! Right now it's designed for people who are already doing this as their method of editing. The person who asked for it uses the markers to help write their script. But, there is a way to add like audio spikes to a track and you just go back and marker those to help you tell important points of the video like in this video: ua-cam.com/video/AU3BeJaG4Dc/v-deo.htmlsi=K9ktuJ4yD3L5rT2n
And I'm looking into how I might be able to make a script that detects when a specified audio tracks goes over a certain decibels, but I'm not sure if it's possible yet. But fingers crossed! 😊
@@asherroland the audio spikes thing would make a lot of sense and I'm already doing that for my live edited podcast where I'm triggering a short spike in a separate audio track to note all the parts that I'll have to edit out later.
This is super cool! Combining this with something like audio markers from a stream and it would be a crazy efficient workflow for a streamer to quickly get all the clips.🔥

I don’t understand exactly how does this work ?
So, I watch the clip on the timeline, put a mark where I want to, and then use the script and choose for example " 15s " and it will extract the 15s part around the marker ?
Right on the nose! 😊 "Padding" just means seconds on either side I believe(it's been a second since I've looked at how it works, I've been on a project 😊)
You can also rename and color markers to make the clips taken the colors and take the markers with the names!
If you use OBS there's a new beta update where you can add markers to your clips while recording, so this could be super cool with that too! 😁

1) why does it sometimes happen that when I want to copy a frame key, instead of copying, the selected frame key is simply transferred to the place where I specified? This also happens in the Colors section, I can't copy key frames.
2) a similar situation: if I want to copy a video, instead of copying it, it takes and replaces the existing video...
3) in editing mode, the MASTER window and special effects for some reason occupy half the screen instead of a quarter as it was before, that is, my timeline is decreasing because the special effects window pops out or something else, how can I get it back?
