Me and my two buddies went to that concert was a story to tell so here it goes so we got to the BART station in Concord we each down a 40oz before we got on BART huge mistake by time we made it to the transbay tube we all had to go the bathroom so bad about to pee on ourselves my good friend couldn't hold it whipped it out on BART and started peeing me and my other buddy were holding on until we got off in Daly City of course ran to the bathroom it was locked told the security guard what's up with the bathroom why are they locked. And we are an extraordinary pain security guard just said go behind corner. Finally use the bathroom now got out of the Daly City Bart Station looking for a taxi no taxi caught this bus at the last second took a straight to the Cow Palace obvious we were late to the concert. Walking into concert you see all these religious people out here telling me that's the devil's music. I just ignore them other people were extremely rude finally got into the concert there must have been an injury because they're stop the Metallica concert and that ambulance into the mosh pit area. Because of that reason we only missed one song from Metallica we are on the right side of the Cow Palace basically where Cliff Burton was banging his head throughout the whole set. I remember from the Metallica set was jumped into the fire then Ozzy came out on stage John all the young girls to take their shirts off LOL that was awesome what a great experience😅
I went to that show I drove, and one of the people that was riding in the backseat had been taken acid, drinking and eating Cheetos the whole time and on the way home he puked, fluorescent, orange puke, all over the backseat, the seats, the floor, and on the other people in the back and basically drove from South San Francisco to San Jose with the car full of puke. 🤮 😂
They had dates booked for Melbourne Australia in November that year and for obvious reasons that didn’t happen. I did get to meet them backstage at their first Melbourne gig 3 years later on May 4th 1989 so I can’t be too disappointed.
