We cannot express my gratitude when we received your call and support via the mail. It was a pleasant surprise. We shall use it to invest in upgrading our laptop to more robust one and potential one with its own graphic card to handle the video edits. Be blessed.
Aww.. you are welcome. All the success coming your way. Take your time interviewing different brokerages but not too long if your State has a deadline.
If the question is about Brokerage Relationship in Maryland, the answer is no. If the question is about continuing education, then the answer is YES. For newly licensed individuals after October 1st 2023 take a different set of classes for the first renewal.
In Maryland all real estate agents take the mandatory topics of Ethics, Legal updates and BRAD - Brokerage Relationship and disclosures. If you do residential transactions another mandatory topic is Fair housing
I had a question on my exam asking for a specific 3 hour class everyone must take, and the options were Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, and something else I don't remember. Any idea what it might be? Cause it wants me to chose just one.
