Mine broke after 4 uses and I can’t get the blade off to figure out what is wrong!!!! For the price I paid you’d think they would include the extractor, I’m pissed off!!!

I don’t seem to be able to fix the blade correctly when turning the knob of the extractor! No answer from customer service! Please help!

Thanks for the feedback, but it not clear enough and is what I’m doing without success.
