Я думаю 1цемент ,и 3части песка и воду в зависимости от влажности песка .раствор должен быть вязкий прилипать к лопате клейкий можно туда добавить опилки .и будет опилкобетон

Это далеко не кирпич, это бетонные блоки. Бесполезные в качестве материала для строительства. Тяжелые и холодные. Только в качестве брусчатки на дороге использовать или бордюрного камня.)) Только цемент и песок перевел)

It's a ratio. You can use any form of measurement.. say, a cup, or a bucket, or a shovel. For every bucket of cement, you mix it with 3 buckets worth of sand. Poured with one bucket of water.....
