how can people sell stuff in that state. i clean everything before selling it!

There's a saying, if I clean and it doesn't work after that, it's unsellable. So, might as well sell it dirty, and let any issue be that's person's problem.

@bestopinion9257 I disagree, if seller shown pics of it working under that condition, it's more risky to clean.
Plus, if you clean it and it doesn't work, you cannot even return/refund, because it's not in the same condition, as you bought it.

Myself I'm running an Intel 8th Gen i7 8700 (Non K) processor with an Asus ROG Strix Z390-E motherboard. Bought them used locally around couple years ago give or take for $50 US dollars total. Just recently picked up locally an used MSI RTX 2060 12GB model that has 8+6 power connectors for $50 US dollars. As for RAM I'm running 32GB of 3200MHz DDR4 by Corsair which at the time costed me like $100 US dollars brand new.
For my monitor I'm using an 27" LG UltraGear 165Hz 1080p which I bought brand new at Walmart. Currently the system is more than capable of playing every game I had throwing at it and is capable of giving quite decent FPS doing it. I'm able to play Cyberpunk 2077 @ 1080p ultra setting and capable of getting around 70 fps.
