Do not give up. I was painting on the floor for many hours leaning on my left arm and screwed myself up super bad. My doctor thought it was my C6 and sent me to physical therapy. I kept saying it feels like I want to release something in my elbow and can't use the ring and pink and it goes numb all the time in the early morning etc. It has been exhausting but now that I know what it is, I can focus and you can also. When you don't know, it takes over your mind and body and causes anxiety and depression. Get the rubber ball and also splint your wrist and arm at night and ice it. It started helping a lot and keep exercising your hand to strengthen with a hand flex tool and ball also. Take magnesium and B12 Complex along with a daily supplement and drink a gallon of water preferably a day to flush out toxins and gunk. Keep working it and massage and heat/ice treatments as well and meditation to calm and tell the area to let go. I know you will be ok and I will also. I heard the nerve flossing is important and the running the ball over gently the areas to clear them.
I have had it since 19 and I can tell you it isn’t curable, your only choice is invasive surgery that’ll probably make it worse or doing daily stretches that may end up causing more discomfort in the long run. Unfortunately you have to just suffer in silence and keep on keeping on.

You’re a legend I’ve had decreased grip strength for a long while now and this has totally fixed all my issues surrounding it. I go to the gym a lot so this will definitely allow for an increase in performance 💪🏽

This is crazy man, I have been using 200lbs grippers nonstop in the hopes of improving my grip strength, overworking my forearm and gripping muscles and now I bought a 150lbs and 250lbs gripper to see where I'm at., sadly I could not use the 150lbs gripper which should be easy for me. I felt sad because I thought I had lost all of my muscle and grip strength in my forearm. I will follow the steps in this video and update this comment and see if I'll be able to close this 250lbs gripper or the 200lbs gripper for reps.

I work construction and am having symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome in both arms, one worse than the other. I had my elbow bent for awhile and my arm went numb for 3 days until it came out of it and now my elbow is destroyed and feels stiff and hard to bend my arm. Will cubital tunnel cause all of the elbow pain as well or is that a symptom of a larger problem. I haven't lost grip strength but if I try to grip something I get elbow pain mostly on the bottom. I thought it was tennis elbow at first as it would hurt on the side of my elbow at work when using a hammer or nail gun.
Unfortunately I have to take a break due to an injury. After strength training and mountain biking, I can no longer stretch out my right hand. To make a fist. I can grip strongly, but cannot stretch a finger with force. Family doctor suspects that the ulnar nerve is irritated. When I was riding my MTB I had a lot of itching in my forearm. Appointment at the neurologist in 2 months. 🥵 The company doctor gave me the tip to go to the orthodontist right away so that the pressure can put on the neurologist and I can get an appointment earlier. Thursday I had the appointment with the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow with the neurologist! 😅 I'm curious what will come of it. - In the meantime I have found out a lot about this topic and I realized again how quickly you can get injured. @@3JS2001 Hi ! Sorry for the late reply. At that time I was in the hospital for 10 days to rule out some things. However, without correct findings. - I also had pain at this pressure point in the video when I press on it. - I've done a lot to make things better. Ergotherapy, physiotherapy, electrostimulation with Tens, was with an alternative practitioner, masseur and osteopath. It's been 1.5 years now and it's getting better. The middle finger and index finger are extended with the hand, the ring finger and the little finger are still hanging slightly. Hand strength has also improved. Example: I could squeeze with the scissors when cutting, but I could no longer open the scissors with my hand. Now it works again. I also do strength training, especially for my hands. Best regards and stay healthy. - Note: The cause was probably too much strength training, calisthenics..... while riding a mountain bike, my whole arm suddenly started tingling, then there was a feeling of numbness. -no fascia training, no massage (at almost 60 I'm not the youngest anymore either ;-)

Hi, I’m 17 and am experiencing what you described, the exercises you showed actually helped. I’ve had this for about 2-3 years, weakness, numbness and especially grip and wrist weakness.
However it is said to be very uncommon to get before the age of 20-30, may I still have it?

@@johnsharonkumarj Brother I m fighting too I have many more problems like I have same problem in both hand even weakness in legs too headache cervical still fighting it's my Carrer making time ,I feel very coercive when someone asks me what are u doing nowadays or after asking my competitive exams marks that how u r scoring too low although everyone knows how worst I m suffering but besides this every one wants that I'll show them a better results life is totally alone this weakness shackled me in a room since last 2 .5 years that's also created an inferiority complex under my pysch which is really hard to get rid out Anyway brother I hope u will recuperate soon but I have tried this but I think I have different problem so it's not working for me , Be rigid man we have to fight with our own potential 😄✌️
