The point is why you people get beaten up? Have you done introspection at your end. Are you clean? Are you capable to hold dharma? After even getting beaten up, your malpractice is not stopping at all. I personally believe you deserve more smaching and the time has already come to teach you people a lession. Corona is already teaching you a good lesson but people must come out name and shame you. Just want to remind you people, that you are not God. Fear God, he exists and he watching you. Remember God is a very dharmic being. Next time you loot and cheat someone, think of God once, he is looking right at you and with anger.

Maine bhi LLb mein admisn liya hain.. bade towns mein to waakil o ke sath aisa hota hain..lekin chote sehro mein jyada pada likha aadmi nhi hota hain to kuch waakil fayda utha ke gaalat krta hain..agar koi unke khilaf complaint kr de aur lack of evidence ke kaaran guilty prove nhi hota hain. Phir to victim ko hi ulta compensation dena padega.

Another section should be included in the said act, that in the event any advocate is required to be arrested in any case then with intimation or with prior permission from concerned State Bar Counsel, District Judge or Bar Association where he is a member should be obtained and in absence of such intimation or permission, any such detention shall be presumed to be illegal and offensive. Advocates are organised people so they demand protection ,but what about normal citizens to whom number of times advocate cheated. & With fraudulant motive disive poor peoples pressure on customer to compromise cases .some time without prepration present befor court wrong arguments what will be the punishment for such offences
There are Human Rights protection and various other laws for their protection and against cruelty, kindly find the same.
Not possible to punish a advocate for his or her wrong doing with client and Tarik e Tarik aur kamai har date per aur cease work day pe bhi client ko court pe bulao aur paise lo aur date la lo sir u need to understand why people r so angry I know I know the reason thanks

Other cadres are also facing hardship and threat
like doctor, teachers and more categories. You may make such law if you want, but subject to condition that it should be kept in mind while making law that anybody could not be unbridled.
Advocate is a highly skilled class, therefore i hope law will be made rationalize.
