I wanted to ask if you could do a follow up/update on your fibroid story. Did you take it out? Did it shrink post partum? How long did it take for it to shrink? How were your periods post partum?
I had my 8 weeks post partum check up and mine has shrunk 6cm, it had grown to 15cm during pregnancy.
I am so nervous about my first period postpartum because of the fibroid situation 😢
Thank you 😊!! So with the fibroids, the 13 cm actually shrunk to 7cm but now that I’m in my second trimester, it’s now 10 cm. Thankfully I haven’t felt any discomfort thus far. My doc suggested that I keep the fibroids until I have my second baby because she didn’t want to compromise my uterus.
Postpartum wasn’t too bad. My periods were actually painless postpartum. I use to have really bad cramps prior to my first pregnancy but after I had the first baby, my period were easy breezy. I still had clotting but nothing too serious. I’ll do a follow up video soon to give an update with more details.
