i live in bakersfield. i was at this show. i've been to this venue when there were 12 people, and when there were like 300. i pretty much grew up in this shit hole basement. (imagine a space the size of your living room packed full of 300 people in the middle of summer, and then imagine the smell) but this was like the only time i've ever seen a baricade. well there was a local show like the next day and they hadn't taken it down yet. but other than that, jerry's is the best fucking venue and i'm so pissed that tim gardea ruined it. fuck tim gardea (the promoter). i just wanted to vent about jerrys. i don't even remember hwy i started commenting at this point.
When I saw them with Senses Fail, two fan girls actually found two fold up chairs, and sat front row with them when the show started. Buddy from Senses Fail was told about it, and he came and pushed them off the chairs and took them with him haha.
0:15. i did not know 'too much pizza' was allowed to be said around pop punk people
honestly that was blasphemy
Pop punk sucks, remember?
Mom and dad just don't understand....
This is the best sound quality video of Real Friends live on youtube.

sound quality is really good, given the conditions of the filming... great music!
This band is hilarious, I would love to see these guys live.
They're great live. Go to warped, they'll be playing the whole tour.
Dude you are tearin' it up, the positivity is oozing out of every pore on your body.
I miss these types of sets...their new music is so diffrent now and their shows are not as intimate..
All music should be this authentic
I watch this video every day
This nostalgia is getting the best of me
Thanks for the encouragement man
i did not know they played Bakersfield. My hometown visited by one of my favorite bands :) makes me happy for some weird reason
Thanks man!

ah man, i remember that barricade. Fuck that, i'm so glad Tim is done with booking in Bako.
Yeah man!
they sound soooo tight
I love these dudes
Awesome stuff
Great quality video. What kind of camera did you shoot this on if you don't mind be asking?
I'm back so that I can feel alive again
These dudes are goooooood.
That was the greatest ending to a set ever
may god bless your soul
So good
I love hearing about when he does stuff like that lol. Some girl got on stage and tried taking a selfie and he smacked her phone into the crowd lol
Vi amo
come to Mexico Awesome band!!!!!
When I saw them with Senses Fail, two fan girls actually found two fold up chairs, and sat front row with them when the show started. Buddy from Senses Fail was told about it, and he came and pushed them off the chairs and took them with him haha.
They're soooo fucking good!
Positive Band!!
they were selling them therrrre! you should have gone, it was amazing.
This sound quality is so good it almost looks fake haha
I love how you get a little taste of Kyle's spoken words :D
lol the guy who went over the barrier
Two people doesn't like Jerry's pizza :(
Doing slayer at the end of your pop punk set, classic hit the lights move, still cool though
lol on the crowd surfers not having any security to catch them - except for the lead singer haha
Ill keep pluggin away
Why is the bassist talking?
because he writes all of the songs...
Aside from being the frontman, my would it be different for him to talk? Any semi underground venue ive been too the whole band talks in between songs
Rylee Buckley I don't think he's officially their frontman. Just saw them at Slam Dunk and he said like two words! It must vary from show to show!
Kyle Fasel, the bass player writes all of the lyrics, therefore he explains the songs and what they mean. Dan sings them.
These guys are sick.
What kind of camera are you using to film this?
Who wants to see a Real Friends drum cover?
I like the Slayer at the end. Hahahahahahaha.
What's the list of the songs?
"Cool"
The end haha
Haha I would mean that, if I had known those specifics... hardcore!
I was friendly, didn't require a harsh comeback like that.
yessssssssssss, kyle is the frontman
And the only lyrics they knew was the chorus to "Floorboards" -_-
don't advertise on his video then try to make him feel bad haha.
i was supposed to go to this. the gf didnt get the tickets on time. ugh
bryans trynna be like Tom though...
There's no such thing as "too much pizza".
its super annoying how those fucking scene girls have the best spot..
182 likes and they're playing at a pizza place
those guys who talk in between songs for attention
GREAT PERFORMANCE but they need to grow pair of nuts and be confident
How the fuck are they not "confident"? They're up there rocking out, moving around, making jokes between songs, and pumping up the crowd...
This shit is weak!!!
