+julius lopez I found out this costume was made by Jim Henson's Creature Shop, and it works like Big Bird. You will notice that both arms do not move at the same time. The guy in the suit can interchange his arms into one of the bear's arms, and use his (or her) other arm to work the bear's head and mouth. Don't quote me on that because, while I am a huge Muppet/Jim Henson fan, I'm still not quite sure how all of his Muppets/puppets work.
