An oldie, but a goodie. Love to do these vintage workouts with updated graphics. Today I realized that I've lost 17 pounds since I started doing workouts with CDornerFitness two years ago. Haven't really made a concerted effort, have just been doing my life and exercising regularly (yes, including strength training). Thanks Chris!

Loved this arm workout this morning! The ladder style is challenging, but worth every 'ouch' along the way. I enjoyed starting with the 15 - instead of 5, ending on the 15 made it seem more rewarding for me I think, made me want to push through harder. Thanks, Chris, for keeping us super strong & having a ton of fun every morning! Can't wait for the next one.
Thank you for bringing this awesome ladder workout back! What a great way to work the upper body! I went heavier on the sets with lower reps and really pushed myself to the max throughout the entire workout. This was challenging, but oh so effective. I am still feeling it the morning after. Thanks, Chris!❤
Melissa and I both had pains and didn’t want to stand up/sit down. Still wanted an upper body class. I remember this ladder class. Just like then my arms are pumping and shaking. Not putting anything on the top shelf for a bit. Thank you! 🙏
I thought this workout would be “boring” with the repeats but it was actually a lot of fun! It went by fast too… didn’t feel like a 37 minute workout. Thank you for a great upper body day!

I’ve learned that it’s good to try heavier and then go lighter if needed. (I currently use between 8-15 lbs. I began your challenge using 5-8 pounds). TY! ❤ I have a different cardio tomorrow, but I will do one of your mobility workouts Sunday.
