to maintain your weight you need 4200 calories a day. at 1500 you are going to starve and fall off maybe try eating 2500-3000 calories you will still lose a pound of fat every 3 days which is a lot and much more sustainable. Good luck on your journey! hope this advise helps.

I admire you setting forth to better yourself, and if I can offer some advice, I'd suggest cutting the exercise a bit. 2 hours of walking + other exercises is entirely too much volume for a beginner. It would be in your best interest, in order to maintain a long term and consistent level of fitness, to simply do an hour of exercise a day for the time being and simply eat a handful less. It is much less taxing on the body and will mentally allow you to not be so burnt out. It only takes about 70-90 cals to walk a mile. That's like a spoon of peanut butter. Much easier to eat just slightly less.
Second comment. I would work towards sustainability. I would also recommend a trainer or at least a beginner's weight lifting program. 2 hours of walking is a lot, if not too much. 30 minutes of cardio at a slow, moderate speed is more than perfect a day. That said, good luck. I'm going to watch this whole series.

I have a cousin like this. He’s dedicated yet eats all this junk. Your friends are water and chicken breast and tuna. Im saying this for him to do well he’s not gonna make any progress this way. First thing in the photo are take out wings cream cheese and sour cream lol

Just a suggestion, start by hitting your protein and be in a loe calorie deficit about 5000 to 800

Yo I lost 140lbs by simply eating what I did just less of it (snack cakes, chips, ect) I also just swapped to diet sodas and that’s a big thing

Don’t get breaded chicken and don’t use sour cream , cream cheese or dressings. You can eat great healthy meals with out using any of that stuff

this is not sustainable, your gonna burn yourself out , start with 5 workouts session a week and 30 min of cardio 5x a week
