Fun part was when playing for Xiao and using talking slingshot 'Steve' oh my god I was smiling when slingshot said a few jokes about 'Sunday' - 'Oh, I like him' or for example 'Monday' - 'oooh what a depressive name, i hate him' loool
I remember i had piano lesson and it was like 10 am in the morning. My friends mom dropped my friend off before work (i belive we were 13 at the time) i had lesson and couldn't wait to go back to play Dark cloud! and we were at this part before i had lesson and i remember this music so well!
This is my favorite dungeon theme from both Dark Clouds. Like, I honestly consider Dark Cloud 2 to have the better soundtrack in general, but the dungeon themes from Dark Cloud 1 really captures the whole "exploring a mysterious dungeon full of traps and unknown creatures" really well. I still get scared when I'm on a new save and suddenly I meet a Dragon in Divine Beast Cave, or the Hornets in Wise Own Forest, and the music really makes those little moments a lot more memorable. :3
Owl be like: i see you have these 2 items.............i want the one you DONT HAVE - and its alway that chest you walk past thinking youll get it later, or the mob you miss in the corner of the furthest room from the owl.............

@@MinusWorldInterviews Yeah agreed but the earth diggers can be killed easily with a charge up attack and the witches are hard to land a hit on with goro. Also good for you if that last line was a south park reference

Why is this theme notes higher? The beginning half notes are literally the 2nd half of the original. This ones 2nd half is too high to enjoy
That's how SIE commercially released the soundtrack. Divine Beast Cave is also higher pitched along with a few others.
