i haven’t even watched the video but i just wanted to say remi, you are amazing. during your first weight loss journey i was right there with you and lost 80 pounds while like i was living my day to day life workout to workout and scared to eat calories. i would eat maybe 1000 calories a day when i was lucky and i would be so guilty when i was complimented. fast forward through personal problems and quarantine and i’ve gained 40 pounds and felt scared to admit it... but seeing one of my favorite youtubers go through weight gain with me, weight loss with me, and now a HEALTHY weight loss journey, i just wanted to remind you that you aren’t alone. even if on your hardest days, i’m right there with you giving it my all. i love you and i hope you the best in your healthy journey 🤍
