Hello, I just bought this item and it is on its way. Do you know that specific magnets are needed and how far away does it detect? (To make custom pieces) I read that Neodymium N50 magnets. Regards
They provide a few in the package for you to test! I use with it totem or already made specific props or coins so I am not to sure on the exact magnets needed. They do cover that in the tutorial once you get it however but I forgot…
It uses watch batteries for the device! In terms of magnets for a bill, you would have to test it out a bit - they do tell you exactly in the turorial!
You could do some other routines like maybe a smash n stab with proper props or which hand but with multiple spectators! Overall, this is mostly used to find an item in someones hand!

You have to be hovering range over their hands! You cant be feet away without going over their hands!
