Maganda for its price. Yung iba kasi mas costly pero lot area 50sqm lang tapos floor area 50sqm lang din, tapos ang service area sa likod pababakuran pa ng buyer. Sobrang okay ito. 👍

The location is good 👍🏼 houses are nice. What I noticed, there is no shared toilet and bathroom of the 2 rooms upstairs. Not convenient to use the one on the first floor specially at night. I hope they put 1 upstairs in between the 2 rooms.

Ang ganda samantala sa akin 6Milyon camella 5 bedroom but wla pa lht tiles ako lht mgpa gawa mga bakod lht tlg water ito ang ganda lipatan nlng magamit na ! Bahay ko nabili sa alta silang cavite ! Kaya pg umuwi kmi sa lpinas di kmi mka tuloy kc nga wla pa lht tiles bakod aa condo nmin muna kmi stay kung like pla nito binili ko wla nko sakit sa ulo

I keep telling these realtors when selling a property. Do a complete fully furnished sample of the house or unit. Like this house, it has a decent exterior space but the interior is like a dollhouse size other bedrooms have no closets.

You are correct, but this is a cheap option that is why the presentation is as is where is. If a house is presented ina staged form, then you are over promising and under delivering.

Is there insulation in the walls?
These types of homes are usually made with hollow block style walls. They are reinforced with rebar and filled with cement. Covered with a layer or two of a smoother mix of cement, and then finished with your choice of paint color.

I thought they would have a styrofoam insulation for the air con.
So hindi insulated.
No need for insulation as the walls are not hollow. These walls are essentially solid concrete. The ceiling may need the insulation, however. To reduce echo, the walls can be lined with plaster or gypsum boards (sheet rock for some of you). Otherwise, occupants may hang curtains and valances to dampen the noise.

Pretty good, but probably for 2.3-2.5m if aabutin ka 30min to the commercial areas. If guarded subdivision na mga 5-10mins lang from sm, good na yung price. Ang ganda rin sana ng spot, kaso pag natayuan na rin yung lot sa tapat, wala na yung view ng mountain range.

Hindi na uso yung mag kadikit na bahay, ang hirap tumira sa ganyan. danas ko yan nung nangungupahan pa kami ang daming bawal kailangan makisama sa kapitbahay. bawal mag ingay , bawal mag pukpok ng ding ding basta basta. minsan sila naman yung maingay kaya abala, dapat sineperate nalang yung design. Poor planning!

Kaya meron po tayong mga ganitong houses (low cost), town house. Para po yung ibang hindi malaki ang kinikita may chance na mag karon ng unang sarili nilang bahay. Hindi naman po kasi lahat ng tao pare parehas ang laman ng bulsa 😊

these developers needs to change the way the interiors of the house..haven't you heard of kitchen island? Dam upgrade your kitchen and bathroom design. It looks so nice outside and inside is dump. If this is the style and design of these houses. I rather just buy the lot and get my own builder/architect.
