Zuni Pueblo in Zuni, New Mexico

The Zuni Tribe is one of the oldest inhabitants of America dating back 4,000 years. The Zuni language is unique and not related to other tribes. Nearly 80% of the tribe are involved in the arts, creating world- renowned jewelry, beadwork, fetishes, baskets and pottery. The Zuni people are welcoming, friendly and encourage visitors to see for themselves first hand what the Zuni experience is all about. The Zuni Pueblo is located in northwestern New Mexico near I-40. They offer accommodations, restaurants, museums, tours along with several art galleries. The Zuni Visitors Center is a great resource for more information about the area.
