I love me some coconut cream pie 😋and I'll be trying this one out soon - between the vanilla wafer crust and the heavy cream and marshmallows, you sold me! I think I'll go with reddy whip on top though, it tastes more like real whipped cream. One question though - was that a deep-dish pie pan, because it looked deeper than normal.
