You have raised an interesting suggestion in the program. The developers offering plots on installments should be bound to pay penalty if they fail to give possession after the time slot. There should be a proper legislation on this matter.

I also faced the same fraud Lake city, Lahore. I booked 5 Marla plot, with possession promise of 2.5 years and payment in 5yrars in 2009. They promised plot in M8. But till 2017 nothing was present on ground. I was planing to move my family there. But in the end forced to sale my plot file to a property dealer. Paid Rs 50000 thousands as fine I bought plot in my home town and Constructed my house there.
