    In this quick hit time efficient five minute routine, I demonstrate how effective training with a stability ball can be. Within my site I do combination routines on the stability ball, but in this one its all lower body.
    The three movements within this circuit are the plank (designed to strengthen your butt & lower back muscles), the leg curl (hamstrings and core), and the hip up (hip flexors, quads and glutes). And yes, your cardiovascular engine. You will probably notice as you move through each routine within my site that I purposely lay out ALL ROUTINES so to engage your core and cardiovascular engine.
    My workouts are all about time efficient training, getting in, doing a great job, getting at it, and getting done so that you can eat well and get on with your day. Its quality vs. quantity. And so within this stability ball lower body circuit, you will notice three sets of 60 reps is challenging, will engage your core and get your heart rate up. Please move slowly, keeping good form maintaining proper technique through the movements. If you can only complete one or two sets to start no worries. the key is that you have begun. Always hold onto the positive.
