She's back! Love seeing what you get up to during the week. Everyday I have a warm Bragg apple cider vinegar drink to sooth my stomach. It's an acquired taste, but I eased into it by adding fresh squeezed lemon. Now I have it plain, but like anything, it's mind over matter, and for me the benefit outweighs the taste. The past couple of years I've also incorporated more probiotic rich foods from brands like Cleveland Kitchen (sauerkraut and kimchi) and Good Culture (cottage cheese). Just keep paying attention to your body and how you nourish it and you'll figure out what works. Sending prayers for a wonderful week ahead. xo
