    Hi Jeana,
    I recently purchased the Clareblend Mini & Anma Massage Tool combo from your website. Per your videos, I am to use the Anma to release the facia for a full week prior to using the Clareblend. Do I need to continue using the Anma after I begin to use the Mini?
    Thank You so much!
    Cheryl

    I did an online course with Jane Mann and the results of just using Anma (even without microcurrent were quite amazing). For the most part we used the Pico toner with gloves as our microcurrent after the Anma - for great results.

    How much does this technique successfully help with crows feet? Do you need to do a facial treatment daily or is every other day sufficient? Thanks!

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  4 роки тому

      Hi K_C, every other day is sufficient :). It depends on what is causing your crows feet, if it is from tension that you are holding around your eyes, then yes!

    Whenever I hear about fascia release I'm concerned about the lack of elasticity and support that fascia naturally does through out our bodies. Won't releasing fascia in the face destroy the natural uplift support that fascia provides? I have the anma, just hesitant to use it until knowing what the long term affects are on aged skin. Thanks for clarifying

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  2 роки тому +2

      With the Anma we are not breaking down the fascia. We are gently releasing chronic tension. The pressure is very very light.

    Hi Jeana, May I clarify: are you doing the skin in the under eye area, or the cheek area just under the under eye area?

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  3 роки тому

      The closest that I get to the eye is the top of the cheekbone but there is no reason that you can’t go closer. Remember the best pressure is very light.

    Can this be used to firm upper arm skin, like a fascia blaster claims?

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  3 роки тому +1

      For firming the upper arm skin, we would recommend the MBK Curve. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team via Live Chat on our website for more information.

    What makes this tool better than using your fingers ? I’m very curious to know

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  4 роки тому +2

      Hi Ev! I find that this tool makes it much easier to apply even pressure throughout a facial massage. The smooth texture glides over the skin so that I can use it with or without a cream or serum to add slip. It also doesn't strain my fingers and hands which is a huge plus for me!

      Art of Skin Care thank you for clarifying. I just got mine yesterday. I do find that I’m having a hard time with it. Maybe it’s too big for my face to get in certain areas of my eyes. So I struggle with using it with precision and ease. It’s not as easy as it looks! Or maybe that’s just me

      Using an Anma is beneficial for all ages and anyone who holds tension in their face and head :).
