For subs, plangrid is EXPENSIVE. great for the mega GC's but it would be nice for these things to work for small subs cheaply

Something is definitely needed to help with documents in the construction industry, but it needs to be affordable - a lower price point would entice more GC's AND sub-trades - Not sure how good plangrid is though...

Plangrid did NOT come up with the idea of viewing drawings on iPads. Vela systems and Latista were doing this at least years before plangrid was even started. Still a good product, but she's not being honest in this video
